Hi Mick. 6 of us stayed 1/10-9/10 (Kelsalls) Had a wonderful time. Villa its excellent, situated in a perfect location. Dalyan itself is wonderful. Some excellent bars and resturants. Turkish people are very friendly and cant do enough to help. Im sure we will return and recommend whole heartedly to anyone thinking of booking.

Hi Mick,
We all had a brilliant time and villa suited us down to the ground. Lovely quiet location and everything that we needed was there on hand. Loved Dalyan resort as well, loads going on and plenty of different places to eat/drink. Transfers were spot on and ORUC rep was very helpful, thanks for sorting all this for us.

We loved this villa and it had everything we needed for an excellent holiday, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool and jacuzzi were great, and there is also plenty of shady spots outside. The rooms and amenities were very comfortable - the only thing missing that we have had in several other villas at this price is wifi. The town centre is a leisurely 10 minute stroll away.
Dalyan is an excellent location for a relaxing holiday. Turtle beach is fantastic, and boat trips and the riverfront restaurants are very enjoyable. We have been to Dalyan before and find it friendly, with the tourist accommodation dominated by villas and small hotels, and not your typical noisy resort but preserving more if its Turkish character. We would recommend both the location and the villa itself.

Comfortable villa. The bathrooms are nice. Bedrooms are very comfortable. A/Cs are excellent! The pool water is perfect temperature. Garden is beautiful. Points that need some improvement are: Important leak in the pool, that you have to top up the water constantly. Water is free in Dalyan, but the current status of the pool is not sustainable and environmentally friendly. It is great to have the laundry upstairs but the moldy smell in the hall is not pleasant. Basement is in Dalyan may not be the greatest idea as, again, the mold and related smell make the basement almost unlivable. We werent able to use the basement for this reason. However, having said all of this, the location of villa, and overall value for money is very very good. No complaints really, just suggestions. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay in this beautiful property.

A very well furnished property - very clean. Excellent provision of extra linen eg towels, sheets, blankets. Nice garden, lovely pool though a little cold. However, we were there in April, when the weather was a bit cool, though it warmed up considerably in the last few days of our holiday. Very well pleased with accommodation overall. Agents ORUC also very helpful. It was our second visit to Dalyan (we last went in 1998!). We were not disappointed. There is plenty to do, and lots of good restaurants. The owner was also very helpful. Thanks for a great holiday!

This is an excellent and well maintained property. All the rooms are to a very high standard and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and there is plenty of space for everyone to move around without getting in each others way.
The facilities in the house are excellent, the kitchen is very well equipped and there was a welcome starter pack of tea / coffee biscuits etc.
We certainly felt it was a home from home.
There are 3 outside terraces and a balcony which we used at different times to eat and relax, and the pool and mature garden is great. The pool is cleaned everyday and garden tended/ watered twice a week. There is also a stone built BBQ that we made use of. The rep arrived on the first day and he was very helpful throughout our stay. If there was a problem with the house he would arrange for a someone to fix it. (The pool lights are now working)
The location is good too. It is situated about 10-12 minutes walk from the town centre in a lovely setting with mountains as a backdro p and among some similarly exclusive villas - but this is not in a housing estate, you felt as though you are in the countryside, it was very quite with most of the sound coming from the sound of birds and the occassional frog.
The slight down side was that the nearest shop (5-7 mins walk) was limited in its supplies and it was 10- 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. In 40 degrees C, shopping for 6 people can be draining even if you all go. Next time I might hire a bicycle or scooter for the trip to the shops.
We chose the Villa from the brochure because it sounded just what we were looking for. I have to say it was everything and more than we expected. We would certainly recommend this to others.
I would also like to say that we asked the owner several questions before booking and found he was very friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed.

Great villa! Very clean and modern with lots of amenities. Its in a quiet location with views of the mountains and just a short walk into Dalyan town centre. We chose the villa mainly because it had a bathtub. Most villas only have showers. Highly recommended. One recommendation if travelling to Dalyan: Mosquito repellent!!

Nice big house, well equipped.
Excellent pool - couldnt get the children out!
Set in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the village centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
Good area with lots to see and do.
Owner very helpful and kept us up to date with emails.
We had a fantastic holiday, many thanks - Jon, Les and the Kids.
