About the apartment

Located on the beautiful Lapad peninsula ,10 minutes on foot away from the beaches and close to the popular pedestrianised boulevard in Lapad where there is a good variety of restaurants, caffe bars, shops, tennis courts. Dubrovnik Old Town, the center of culture and entertainment is only a few minutes away, and you can go there by a local bus that passes by every 10 minutes.
Lapad is a residential suburb of Dubrovnik that lies about 3km northwest of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants. The vast majority of hotels and private accommodation is in Lapad but because it's so residential you don't get the feeling that you're in a tourist ghetto.
Most Dubrovnik beaches are in Lapad so no matter where you stay, you'll be within walking distance of the sea. In fact you can walk everywhere in Lapad. Since it's relatively compact you can stroll from the beach to a restaurant to your hotel to a cafe-bar without breaking a sweat.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

This is an ideal apartment for couples or for families.There is a slight incline to the property tho which may not make it suitable for older people it those with disabilities. The number 6 bus makes the apartment easily accessible to the old town or there is a taxi rank also nearby. Highly recommend this apartment,and the lady who was in charge upstairs was most helpful to our requests.

A very clean and homely appartment walking disatnce to the beach and restaurants in Lapad. Bus stop to Dubrovnik and shop at the bottom of the road. My three children and I had a lovely holiday and the friendly owners of the appartment certainly contributed towards this. The gift of fresh figs were greatly appreciated. The only thing lacking from this accomodation is the view, but Lapad is gorgeous and I would highly recommend anyone to saty here. Thanks.
