Excellent variant for families with children. We travelled with two kids (5 and 1 year) and remained are very happy. The house looks better, than on pics - two bedrooms simply, but are comfortably furnished, the general room with kitchen, pool always pure and a garden well-groomed. Children spent all time in a garden. All equipment worked. There was no only a washing machine.
We were very much pleased also with the free wifi that has allowed us to be always on communication with friends. To the sea 15-20 min, we rented the car and with its help have examined all sights of island. All our requests dared very quickly. Many thanks of Simone and Jayne for the help and care.
With pleasure we will recommend this variant for holiday to friends and we will return next winter.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip to Samui. The property in Maenam Hills is perfect for a relaxing holiday and in our opinion is even better than it looks in the in photos. Simon helped to ensure we got the best from our holiday and nothing was too much trouble. We tried lots of the restaurants and beaches that he recommended and it was great to have that local knowledge available. The house was spotless and the staff who look after the grounds were so helpful. We were travelling with two children aged 12 and 10 who loved the pool and location. We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope that we will be returning ourselves before too long. Thanks again.

Set in tropical paradise. Having all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel without the price tag.
The furniture and decorations are out of this world. High ceiling and luxury facilities made it a really special place to stay.
Clean and well managed. We used the swimming pool and outside comfortable sitting area every day. I would definately recommend this property to my family and friends. I hope it available for next time we visit!! Thanks guys xx

From the moment we were greeted at the airport by Simon, we were made to feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for both Simon and Jayne. Simons knowledge of the local 8-legged creatures saved us from rebellion by the children to set the hire car on fire and his willingness to help, not only with information about the local restaraunts and best beaches but even to take the children to the ferry terminal. Hospitality should be his middle name.
The apartment is as described, clean and comfortable.
Cant thank you both enough, made our stay on Koh Samui a great experience.
