We have just returned from 10 days with our 3 children at the property. The property is finished to a very high standard and is a home away from home with everything you would need. The pool area and garden were very nice and and the property is extremely secure especially for the children whilst playing outside. We really liked the nearby town of Ayamonte and the beaches at Isla Canela and Isla Cristina were beautiful and safe. However the only disappointing aspect (and I realise this is totally outside of the owners control) is that the surrounding area outside the complex has a lot of unfinished and unsold properties and therefore a car is completely necessary whilst staying here.

The house is beautiful, the facilities are very good. Nice to have 2 bathrooms when you have 2 parties or big children.
The house has a spacy patio, with, maybe it sounds a little strange a big garden and swimmingpool en suite. The swimmingpool is nice to cool down after a hot day.
The kitchen has al amenities you could wish for, very nice if you like cooking yourself, which we do.
The beds were good, comfortable sheets and dunas. Linnen very wel.
Even some things to play with at the beach were at the house.
If we wanted we could have asked our contactperson everything we wanted, because she was easy to reach. We had everything we asked for and were totally satisfied. We had a very nice stay, it was a real house!
Whe have some recommendations.
1.
It would have been ideal to have a bigger table at the patio, so you can have meals outside.
2. the house is situated in a private zone, which is guarded. The house is behind a fenced area. You need a keycard to enter the zone. Maybe its possible to have 2 pairs of keys + cards.
3. there are no shops to buy food, you need a car to get to Costa Esuri or to go to the supermarket. So when you arrive its better to buy water and some food, so you dont have to go out of the house immediately after arriving to buy something to drink and eat.

Having rented private apartments over the past few years, which have all been good and of a high standard. We found this apartment to be perfect for us, ample living space and a great terrace which gets the sun all day. The complex which the apartment is part of is quiet and secure, ideal for a family of 4. Everything you may need was in the apartment from all BBQ equipment, foldable sun loungers for the beach to mp3 compatable stereo and cool bags and lots more. Truely a home from home. A car is essential, although the town of Ayemonte is nearby it allows you to visit all the great beaches in Spain or Portugal.

We stayed in this property for 2 weeks from the 17th September 2008, and it was of a very high standard and exactly what we expected. The easy access to the gardens and pool area was great for us especially as we have a small child, and the security within the whole apartment complex was very reassuring. We feel that a car is essential when staying at this property, however we did use the golf club for a meal or a early evening drink which was only a 5 min walk. Ayamonte is close by and is a nice town for shopping, as there is a small shopping centre and plenty of supermarkets available to you. There are some lovely beaches, we can recommend those at Isla Canela and La Antila. Having travelled to various parts of Spain we did find that this area was very quiet, and a lot of the bars and restaurants were closed during the week at the time we were visiting (late Sept). It is certainly an excellent area for golfing or for anyone who just wants a chill out holiday. Our only issue was that when accessing the property, you needed a remote control for the security gates and as there was only one remote this was awkward for us as our party had 2 cars. This meant that we all had to leave and return at the same time - however it certainly did not spoil our stay in Costa Esuri. Thanks again Mark for all you help and advice we had a great time.
