Our stay at the Caimeli villa in the summer of 2012 was one that exceeded our expectations by far. Greeted with some bottles of prosecco as a kind welcoming gift we found the house to be spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Wandering down to the infinity pool made us very excited and happy to stay at this beautiful place for a whole week. The reservation and contact with the owner prior to departure went flawlessly and he was very open to any concerns and questions we had. For a group of people who want to celebrate a holiday with friends or family in a peaceful, tranquil area this is definitely a good choice. Restaurant and supermarkets are very close by and one reaches cities like Perugia, Arezzo and the beautiful lake of Trasimeno within 30 minutes by car. All in all we had a wonderful week at this property and it is definitely to be recommended!

We very much enjoined the house and surrounding! And the generous swimmimg pool!
Adriano and Barbara ( the housekeepers ) were very kind and helpfull with us.
The location of the house is very convenient: we could easily reach towns as: Asissi, Perugia, Arezzo, Florence, Gubio.
Our stay at Caimeli was plesant and I would happily go there again!

Wow!!! Our time at your beautiful Umbrian home exceeded our expectations in every way. From the sweet taste of the freshly picked figs warmed by the sum to our amazing view of the Milky Way whlie lying on your pool deck. Our vacation in Italy was special in every way. We cannot thank you enough for all of your warm hosptality. The guest house is spacious, modern and historically charming. The view from our porch is amazing, creating unforgettable meal time memories. Our slice of paradise will be forever treasured inour family memories.

Dear James and family
We would like to thankyou so much for the most wonderful holiday location that we could have wished for. We couldn't believe our eyes when we arrived, it felt as though we have arrived in heaven. We had the most fantastic time. The gardener was kind enouogh to give some of your produce o we we thooughly enjoyed. We have taken many photo's and video, not only so we can remember this wonderful place but also to recommend it to others. It is so hard to leave here but thankyou so much again.

Many thanks for your hosptality throughout our one week stay on your lovely property. Our property was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The key highlights wee, of course, the stunning setting, the wonderfu poo, meals on the patio, and last but not least the supply of Helen and Norman as two new friends for our children.
