Just to clarify, with regards to the response below. We did not have any extra people! and left the villa in better condition than we found it in! The reason why Alex didnt repay our deposit for 5 months was because he went in to liquidation and did not inform any of the tenants! If there is a new agent now, I would say its a lovely villa and great views. the problem was with Alex not Villa renters. However if Alex Gryzbowski is managing this property be careful!

With regard to the Revue listed above, I am the owner of this property and have been using alex as the manager for 5 years without any problems, the comments made by Michael above regarding the deposit i must clarify, When they arrived at the villa there wer 2 more people than they had booked for and the villa was left in a dreadfull state, For this treason the deposit was withheld for a while pending payment for the extra people etc, payment never came so in the end i returned his deposit in full .... because of his constant abusive and threatening phone calls...

Villa was really nice, a bit too far from any shops, bars restaurants etc.
We stayed for 9 day in august. but we are still waiting for our deposit back! its nearly 5 weeks and Alex the agent always has an excuse! if you take this villa pay the breakage waver dont give a deposit as you wont get it back!!!!

We arrived early to the villa and was allowed in early which was fab as it had been a long day. The villa was spacious, clean and very private, which was great. The villa had lots of wires from walls and holes in walls where wires were coming from. Also thre wasnt any working lighting in and of the hall leading to the bedrooms. The 1 light which was available was a standing lamp but the plug socket wasnt working. The bedding was a little shabby in the master bedroom, elasticated corners where no longer elasticated so came off every night. The door wouldnt close because the door frame had come away from the wall. The Air conditioning untis were a god send with 4 small children it made for peaceful nights. The sky television didnt work, the toaster blew the electric box on the first morning, which gave my husband a shock. The cot we had requested came but minus screws to fix it together. This was never rectified after trying several times. This meant my baby had to sleep in our bed for the week which i wasnt happy about. We had cockroaches for a few days too, quite large thing,s generally at night. The outdoor shower round the side was great for the kids to quickly shower after the pool rather than wetting the villa... and the pool was fabulous really good sizea dn depth for everyone. I would say the villa was far from everything and the distance to the beach was further than 500/600m and the incline was very steep. the location on the virtual map isnt actually where the villa is. All that said, we had a lovely week at the villa and would use it again, it was very peaceful and private and not in the slightest touristy

Fab villa, very relaxing and enjoyable.
To improve this villa I recomend it needs a bit of finishing off. The usual, loose wires, some lights repaired and a broken tile on the step replaced. Apart from that the views are spectacular, the agent was extremly helpful and the description was acurate.
The booking system was easy and very imformative. I will definitely book with you again.
