Good position with beautiful views. Rooms/facilities excellemt, good support from owners representative.

We stayed in this villa last week and agree that the location and views are great, but unfortunately the villa is not.
All the household linen, towels, cushions and sofa covers were badly marked and stained and looked in need of replacing
The master bedroom smelt badly of cigarettes, as we are non smokers we found this quite unpleasant.
The pool area was dirty as was the pool, I normally spend half of my holiday in the pool ...I swam once and found green algae slime in the pool so did not use again
There were also broken concrete slabs, Steep steps and whilst we had no kids with us I thought the pool area would not be suitable for kids.
The villa in general appeared unloved tired and dirty,
And without any washing machine, hairdryers or barb -b
I would not revisit and feel that the villa requires a bit of an revamp and some money spent on it

We stayed in the Villa for 11 days over Christmas of 2011. I have to say that the villa is absolutely stunning. The location and views are out of this world. Everything in the villa was first class and really well maintained.
Further to this the service we received from Jaquie and her family while staying there was fantastic. As we arrived late in the day and in raining conditions Jaquie had stocked the fridge for us and she was all to willing to help with any request we had while staying there.
Overall the villa is 5 star but it was the excellent service tha t made the trip all the more special. I would love to come back to this villa and would tell anyone that there is no better place to stay on Samui.
Thanks again for an unforgetable time.
