Vista Bahia is a pretty development, designed in traditional ‘Pueblo Blanco’ white village style, situated between the ports of Estepona and Duquesa. The development is set in lovely gardens on a stunning hillside location overlooking the Bahia de Casares, 500 metres away. This is a beautiful, safe beach, (which, even in the height of Summer, is never crowded), with a selection of beach bars. Less than 5 minutes drive from the apartment are Sabinillas, where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants and Puerto Duquesa , a beautiful marina with many bars and restaurants. The delightful town and harbour of Estepona are less than 10 minutes away. A 25 min drive to the East will take you to the cosmopolitan resort of Puerto Banus and to the West exclusive Sotogrande and historic Gibraltar.
The Costa del Sol boasts 340 days of sunshine per year making it an ideal destination to enjoy a holiday whatever the time of year and Vista Bahia will appeal to families, couples, golfers and those seeking other outdoor activities.
With over 70 courses, including the world famous Valederrama, to choose from, the area has become known as the “Costa del Golf”. Within 10 Kms of the apartment there are over 11 courses - 5 being less than 5 minutes drive. The prestigious Finca Cortesin, home of the Volvo Match Play, is located only 1km/10 minutes walk away.
A further range of activities available locally include hill walking around the beautiful white villages of the region, water sports from the nearby beaches, horse riding, water and adventure theme parks (30 minute drive away), dolphin safaris or- if you are want something more exotic - a day trip to Tangier.
Inside the apartment:
This 90m2 apartment is finished to an extremely high standard and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is all on one level and has marble flooring throughout.
The spacious lounge, with dining area (with seating for 4 ) has full width patio doors opening onto the large sun terrace. The lounge comes equipped with a flat screen T.V., DVD player, SKY Digibox (English Freeview channels).
The master bedroom, with king size double bed and stunning sea views has an en suite fully tiled bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, basin and bidet.
The second bedroom, with twin beds, has pretty views of the courtyard and the mountains beyond and is adjacent to a further fully tiled bathroom with a bath, shower, WC and basin and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. A full range of crockery and cooking utensils are provided for those who wish to dine in the apartment or al fresco on the terrace.
The large sun terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, has stunning views over the Med. A dining table seating 4, a large sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers are provided.
The lounge and bedrooms come equipped with both ceiling fans and heating.
The complex has a large swimming pool, supervised by a life guard (from May to September) and a smaller children’s pool. There are changing facilities, showers, toilets and sunbathing areas around the pool. There is a designated parking space directly outside the entrance to the apartment for your hire car, which we recommend. However, the apartment can be reached by taxi from Malaga airport and a local taxi rank and buses are available 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
