The pictures do not do this property justice. The Villa is a great size and beautifully decorated! I loved that you could listen to music throughout the house - take some dvds/cds. The bbq was great to use and the hammock was perfect for reading a book and soaking in the views. The owners were wonderful, accommodating hosts and we only apologise for the delay in this review. Really is incredible value.

This villa will exceed all your expectations. The owner Bainca is so helpful and explains everything. This is a very large house, with beautiful gardens for the kids to explore. Highly recommended for a very relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful warm welcome from the owners.
The house is in a quite and peaceful location.
Well equipped and very comfortable with everything you need.
One of the best houses we have rented.
Hope to go back next year!

An absolutely stunning property with magnificent views, made all the better by the overall comfort, homely feel and attention to detail inside the villa. Plenty of positives and in truth no negatives to report. The homeowners welcomed us very warmly with refreshments on the day we arrived and gave us a very detailed guide of there beautiful home. They had even stocked the fridge with basic essentials. A little more expensive than the Villas weve rented in the past, but it felt like a home, not an unloved box with beds and a pool. Highly recommended.

Having spent a large part of the new year searching for a villa, we stumbled across Villa Blanca. Initial impressions led me to wrongly believe it would be out of out price range - the pictures are stunning. Cue rapid deposit placing and email interrogation (all answered within 24 hours) prior to exited planning and preparation. Are there pool toys? (yes) does it have a hair dryer (two) Important questions.
Moving swiftly to our arrival after a sticky 4 hour transfer (our choice to go for budget air option which landed us in Madrid) we were met by Bianca and given a guided tour, complete with iced beverages and homemade coconut and cardoman cake...deelish. Firstly, the pictures DO NOT do this place justice. It is simply stunning...amazing......beautiful. The garden is complete with pool, loungers, hammock, views, sun, barbecue, bodego (wine cellar to us Brits), more terraces than i care to remember and table options to keep you entertained all week. Inside is equally as attractive although the only time actually spent indoors involved either sleeping or showering. Having 4 self confessed foodies amongst the group - the other two were 3 and 5 - we were delighted to discover a kitchen full of knick knacks from gagetry to left over spices...it had everything! Not to be left out of the equation, the children rarely left the pool, swapping briefly to the hammock for a quick chill before once again leaping into the tepid water. To give the negatives, we went during an abnormally warm week with temperatures rarely dro pping below 30 degrees and sleeping was uncomfortable with most of the party having to shower during the night in order to keep cool. (One room does have air conditioning) Also, take a good insect repellent. The window do have mosquito nets on but we were careless during the evening an a couple of determined creatures made their way in through the patio doors and dined on 6 unsuspecting guests during the night.
All in all, an excellent villa. Very quiet and secluded yet only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Would i return? Hell yes!

A big thank you to the Villa owners for their hospitality as well as accomodating our late arrrival. The property exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for a more relaxing, tranquil space to enjoy our holiday. The pool, gardens and house were all immaculate and our 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the day and watching dvds in the evening, while a glass of wine was consumed by the adults at the out door dining area. This is an exceptional villa which we would definitely love to rent again. Thanks again, James and Natasha

Perfect house for perfect holiday! The villa is situated on a hill above Oliva and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Oliva Bay. The owners are friendly and helpful. Tranquil neighborhood and big multi-level garden, pool and BBC are perfect for lazy summer days. House is well equipped and it perfectly met our expectations. Our only problem: it was difficult to get children out of the pool )

Wow,
Just returned from spain after a fantastic holiday!
The villa is just, in fact better than described and Bianca does her utmost best to make your stay enjoyable.
The property is set in lovely grounds with amazing views over Oliva.
It is the perfect place to relax and unwind and we had the added bonus of good wind to get a bit of kitesurfing in on the local beach.
Overall excellent holiday all round.

We had a wonderful holiday (2 weeks) in this excellent villa. It is beautiful and you will find everything you need. The pool and the big garden are very nice. The view is wonderful and it is only 10 minutes by car to the quiet and clean beaches where we did a lot of kite surfing. It is easy to visit Valencia from here which is an interesting city. The owner is very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful holiday villa you will be happy here.

This is truly the most beautiful property anyone could ever wish for. The pictures dont do full justice: the villa is like taken from an interior magazine, the garden is really gorgeous with all the different places to go (you never get tired of walking around discovering new details) and the view is absolutely to die for. Our two boys loved the pool - it was so deep it felt much bigger than it was - perfect ! The town of Olivia is a quiet town free of tourist - nice! We can recommend the restaurant El Pelut in the old town - worth a visit! The beach was also very nice, clean and quiet. Bianca made us feel most welcome - thanks! We recommend coming to this villa to everyone who wants to visit the best property ever! :-)

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday here, it is a fantastic villa. The owners gave us a warm welcome and are very thoughtful and keen to make your stay as good as possible. The views from the villa are stunning and it is peaceful and very relaxing. Even when the weather was not great we enjoyed being at the villa. I travelled with my parents and two children, 6 & 3, and it suited all of us. It is easy to get down to Oliva in a car and the beach there is great.

Fantastic - this villa really is beautiful - the views of the mountains are absolutley stunning really have to be seen to be believed.
We have an 18 year old son and 15 year old daughter and they enjoyed it as much as we did. We hired a car and visited Valencia City and Javea pronouned Habia (also very beautiful and well worth a visit only about 30 min drive approx from the villa) and if visiting also recommend you drive to Denia (15 mins away approx) another beautiful place. The beach in Oliva itself was great too if you dont fancy going too far but you will need a car to get around as the villa is up in the mountains about 4 min drive from Oliva town. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, Bianca who was extremely helpful as were the lovely couple, Mick and Yvonne who come in to service the pool. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anybody and would definately visit again.

Villa Blanca is a beautiful property ideal for a quiet family holiday. The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, well maintained, with lots of different areas to sit and relax, while enjoying the stunning view over Oliva. The property is very quiet and private, and we felt we could let the children play and be loud without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. We particularly appreciated all the additional "little things" the owners left for us, such as beach toys, umbrella to take to the beach, board games for the unlikely rainy day as well as kitchen starter supplies. This made us feel as if we were staying at our own vacation house. Bianca was absolutely charming and did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable in her house. While we found that Oliva town wasnt really pretty, the beach there is fabulous, not crowded at all even in August. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks vacation there and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Panorama 2 is well named, the views are magnificent, looking out over the orange groves to the coast in the distance. What is more, the scenery can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. The villa is wonderfully situated, with only pine trees around it and not overlooked by other properties. We had a great two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa had everything we needed Bianca was charming and helpful and we soon got to sort out shops, supermarkets, bars and beaches in Oliva (not much in town at night, but head for the beach area for pizzerias and restaurants). All in all - a great holiday!

Its a very nice villa with beautiful house and fantastic view! All rooms in the house are very comfortable and are decorated with good taste in traditional Spanish style. There is you can find everything you need for the excellent holiday in the villa: beautiful garden, with many places to become sunburnt and to play with children, BBQ with all implements you need, pool which is divided into two parts (one of these for children) We bless owners for the hospitality and theyve been very helpful to us to have fantastic time in Spain!
P.S. We were there with my little son and everything was fine for him, so I definitely can recommend this property for the couples with young children!

Our vacation at Biancas villa was delightful. The house met all our expectations, the outside area and great view quite frankly exceeded them. We ended up staying at the villa way more than we had originally planned because the peaceful surroundings made for the relaxing vacation we desired, plus a very satisfying tan. Expect breakfasts in the sunshine with a great view of Oliva and the ocean, and relaxed afternoons strolling between the terraces and pool. The overall feel of the property is that it was built, furnished and decorated with love and care for detail. We felt like home from the first day on and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location on the hillside combined with the architecture of the gardens in the back of the house and the palm trees in the main garden grant total privacy and tranquil silence. Bianca was very nice and caring about our wellbeing in the house and made us feel welcome from the beginning. Oliva is a charming town with beautiful sandy beaches and did, at the time of our stay, not feel touristy at all. Overall I dare say that this was the perfect vacation for a couple and we would definitely return.

Fantastic villa!!! Much more than any other standard holyday property we were. Excellent value for money! I already recommended this magnificent villa to my friends.
We were from end of September to celebrate 10 years of our wedding day. The best compliment was from my wife she told me: "This was my best vacation ever! I felt like we are on honeymoon again."
Bianca was very friendly, helpful and kind person!
I hope well back to this peaceful place again.

What a fantastic villa - not like any other weve ever stayed in. It had the feel of someones premium home, not just another bog standard rental property. The location was great - just far enough away from Oliva to be tranquil, but close enough to the wonderful beaches to make the most of this fantastic part of Spain.
Bianca was helpful, efficient and friendly and getting in groceries for us was really a nice touch.
Back to the villa though - think Hollywood style...palm trees, open verandahs, sone archways, multi-terraced garden and a sumptuous pool.
Would gladly return again anytime and highly recommended to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a luxury villa.

What drew me to this property in the first place were the excellent photographs. We found them to be very representative of the Villa which was even better than we expected. The Villa itself is roomy, homely and welcoming. Its well equiped and will cater for almost all your needs. There are plenty of outside areas to sit where you can eat or just enjoy the great views of the orange groves, hills and sea. The pool is lovely, either to relax by or to dive in and play.As described the Villa is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. Oliva and its lovely long sandy beaches is only a short drive away. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby for self catering needs etc or restaurants if you prefer to eat out. The motorway and other major roads wre also close which we used to venture further out to Valencia. Calpe. Guadalest etc. Communication from the owners, prior to and during our stay was excellent. They thoughtfully provided printed guides and a marked map for any local needs or places to visit which I found very useful even though Id done a bit of research into the area beforehand. The owner went beyond what you would expect an owner to provide but at the same time not impeding on your privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope they enjoy it as much as we did.

We stayed here for two weeks in July. The property was beautiful and well kept. Bianca was a great hostess. The Villa is on the hills with beautiful views of the groves and the ocean. It is peaceful and secluded but only 5 minutes from the Oliva city center and the highway.
The pool and gardens were great, the kids loved the various terraces and wine cellar built into the hill. We would go back in a second.
We also hiked the trails behind the Villa. Beatiful views from the top of the mountain. Bring lots of water it gets hot.
