Excellent for a family holiday (a 6 year old & a two year old), accomodation was spot on, do as much or as little as you want as just stay at the villa or go out, everything is close by. Local restaurants excellent and (given the state of euro, good value), or just get a takeaway. Cant fault the villa or Luiz/Lagos and the trip from the airport is a doddle.

A spacious, clean villa in a peaceful location, very relaxing holiday. A 10/15 min walk into Praia da Luz but a fairly steep walk back! Luz is fairly quiet in the evenings but Lagos is only a 15 min drive away with lively bars, restaurants, shops open till 10pm. Great selec tion of pool things! The beds were hard especially the main bedroom. The pool was pretty cold! The maids came part way through the week which was unexpected. Mgt guy Chris very helpful & accommodating. Limited cooking equipment for the size of villa, particularly only 1 oven shelf (made cooking 5 pizzas lengthy!) The nearby bar/pool etc. available to use - we were told by the Mgr that the pool/garden area was for hotel guests not villa guests. We were able to use the internet if we purchased drinks in the bar. The wi-fi interent was for hotel guests but there were 2 PCs available in the lounge area.
All in all, a lovely week. Would recommend the dolphin experience at Zoomarine and the Pirate ship half day trip out to the caves.

Beautiful villa. Great location. Light and airy. Great pool. Great management and helpful owner. Beautiful beach ten minutes walk. Lovely pool. Exceeded expectations. Amazing value for money. Close to amenities. Would definitely recommend. If you visit Praia da Luz, there is a new restaurant called Lote 1 which is SUPERB. Excellent food for such good value

This property was ideal for us and our five children! Quiet, well equipped and relaxing.
The directions given to us were flawless and we were at our accommodation within an hour and a quarter from the airport. On arrival the property was clean, tidy and in a well kept state.
We found all the crockery and utensils we needed for our fimily. Bathroom/toilet facilities - excellent.
The design meant that the bedrooms were cool even in july/August inspite of no air conditioning. Originally bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs concerned me but it is an excellent idea - lovely views during the day and evening and cool bedrooms at night!!
The swimming pool, whilst not large was adequate although some cosmetic work is needed to pool floor.
In all very good accommodation - highly recommended by our family of seven. We would like to return.

An immaculate villa, spacious and very well equipped. Lovely surroundings and within pleasant walking distance to Luz centre. My family and I had a wonderful holiday and hope to return again.

We had a fabulous ten days in this excellent villa. There wasnt anything we needed, that wasnt available, it was very well equipped. Visitors do need to be aware though, that there is quite a climb back to the villa from the beach/town (my father in law did struggle sometimes). We had to amend our booking at the very last minute (due to the ash cloud) and the owner/management team were very helpful.
We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to returning in the future.

Gorgeous Villa with plenty of space and everything that you need. I was worried that the Villa did not have air conditioning but due to the design of the building it was always cool even when the temperature was 37C. Very quiet location which is perfect if you just want to relax.

The position of this property was brilliant - views spectacular - only a short walk into Praia da Luz. The standard of the decor inside the property was very tasteful - although we found the beds rather hard - that was the only negative point !
We would definitely recommend this property to friends / family and would consider returning ourselves.
We were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary and discovered that the place we had our honeymoon was villamar a stones throw away from the villa !
A shame we had to leave.....

Great villa, great views and the pool was refreshing on a hot day. The kids loved the beach at Burgau and we just enjoyed Burgau all over again ྪ years since our last visit)

This week was our second week in Algarve with the first week at Raposiera. Yet again fantastic weather, sea and surf. The villa has b een a great bease to tour from, but at times difficult to tear ourselves away from the pool! Would love to come back again.
