The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Fantastic home. Excellent location with onsite garage parking. The house is beautifully decorated and feels so much like a "home" rather than a rental property. The home is built into the side of the cliff (like the other homes there) and the bedrooms are set up so that you have privacy. The common rooms are well appointed and the kitchen well equipped (although it lacks a dishwasher) and has beautiful dishes. The views are fantastic, with two levels of balconies. The beach is a bit farther down the hill than "a few steps" as stated in the description. We had excellent maid service twice during the week. The local agent was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely rent this home again should we return to Positano.
