We were very happy with our rental of this property. The location was great for our purpose and it was only 1/2 block from a main street with grocery stores, restaurants and even a travel agent nearby. Manos was very helpful in providing us with information about transportation, restaurants and literally any information we needed. He even helped us negotiate a reasonable taxi fare when we departed. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a safe apartment with the amenities of home.

Well-located for metro, bus and taxi links to the airport, this is an excellent apartment. The description of the property itself was 100% accurate, and communication with the English-speaking owner was extremely good. It is next to a rather busy road, but is quite well sound-proofed. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Internet and phone connections work well. Highly recommended, as are the other rental properties available from this owner in the same building.

"The apartment is very good. Its clean, modern decorated and is located in a place very well servide by public transport. Besides that, and what was the most important thing for us, Emmanouil is a perfect host. He provided us with a map of Athens and with all the necessary information to move around. And he is always ready to help you in whatever you may need. I would no doubt stay there every time I come to Athens and I really intend to come more times."

The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished with all appliances and furniture. The situation is well placed for bus and tram links into the centre and there are lots of local shops to buy food or drinks and restaurants not far away. The owner - Manos - could not have been more helpful or kind and his advice and introduction to the City was very useful as was his availabilty by e-mail and phone while we were there. The apartment was warm in the cool weather that we had and also has air conditioning and a balcony to sit outside. The kitchen is lovely with a proper kettle to make tea and all crockery that you may need along with a large fridge.
At the end of our stay Manos was able to arrange for our luggage to be kept while we were in the city for us to collect on the way back to the airport. The airport bus stops nearby as does the direct metro line (although this was closed for building works while we were there).
I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.
