Conveniently located close to the centre of Praia da Luz, Casa Ramalhete is a three bedroom linked villa within Porto do Paraiso, a collection of 11 townhouses and 2 apartments with a shared pool and gardens. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the shops, the wonderful sandy beach, the bars and the wealth of restaurants that Praia da Luz has to offer. The shared pool area has a large sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, lawn and flower beds. The pool is kidney shaped with steps at one end and there is a pool for children which is approximately 3m in diameter.
Casa Ramalhete is furnished to a high standard, is double glazed and has a private terrace with a gate which leads to the pool and sun terrace area. The accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen including granite worktops, full cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave there is also a walk in pantry providing plenty of storage space. The large living/dining area has satellite TV (free channels – BBC, ITV, Sky News), fireplace, twin sofas and dining table to seat six. Twin patio doors lead to a large terrace with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining, a barbecue and access to the pool area. A small cloakroom leads off the hall. Upstairs, there is one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath & shower and there is another family bathroom with bath and shower over. Air conditioning is provided in the living/dining room.

Casa Ramalhete makes an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year. Praia da Luz is also an excellent base from which to discover the rest of the beautiful Western Algarve the choice of activities and places to visit and explore from this area is exceptional.

The cosmopolitan town of Lagos, which many believe to be the best on the Algarve, is only about 10 minutes drive away. The Marina dominates the river as it opens into the sea and you can choose activities such as deep sea fishing, a dolphin seafari trip and yacht hire. Lagos is an historic town with some city walls still standing after the earthquake of 1755 and there are several museums and churches worth a visit. This is a working Portuguese town with markets, shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The fabulous west coast beaches, where the surfing is renowned, are only 30 minutes drive away and the Monchique hills and the historic old capital of the Algarve, Silves, is an equal distance the other way. A car is not essential for your holiday enjoyment but to gain an appreciation of just what the Western Algarve can offer, a car is recommended.
Excellent golf is available in the area - Boavista Golf Club is located within 5 minutes, Palmares is 20 minutes away and the world-renowned Penina around 30 minutes away,
