Excellent property. It would be worth mentioning in the information that it is a 30 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and pool. We hired a golf buggy to get around.

The property met all our expectations, it is well maintained with all the facilities that we needed for our holiday. However it is a long way from the shops,bars and South beach so a golf cart is essential, as it is a 20 minute walk to the shops.
There are a few things that would help to make ones stay even more enjoyable a measuring jug in the kitchen and lids for the saucepans and instructions for the airconditioning. An airer so that there is somewhere to dry clothes swimsuits etc. I dont know if other villas have these but mosquito nets would stop he night time bites!
I can highly recommend HBK, the staff were always helpful and having free access to the internetand free sunbeds on the beach along with the use of the courtesy bus was great.All in all a very good holiday.

While overall , very satisfied , some minor points would make it all the more enjoyable .
(1) Cushions for the patio deck Chairs,
(2) Optional Welcome Food package , provide list to be selec ted from , with appropiate prices.
(3) Include rental of golf cart option , if selec ted to be left at villa for arrival.
(4) Gap under front door needs to be blocked , easy entrance for the cockroches.

Thank you for your comments. I will get some-one to take a look at the front door. I was planning on getting some patio cushions on my next visit out there along with fold up sun loungers to take down to the beach.
