In a traditional mountain village Tremithousa Chorio is a new development of just 10 villas and 30ish apartments. The development built by Pafilia property developers is quiet, but there are a number of friendly families that reside here.
Behind the villa there is a beautiful communal pool area ideal for those wanting an energetic swim.
Although in a quiet village the villa has easy access to Paphos town centre (5 min) with its old town, tourist area, harbour, bars and restaurants.
A number of well stocked supermarkets are in the immediate area although the larger Carefour and Papatonis Hypermarkets are within a 5 minute drive.


The Villa Facilities
This three bedroomed villa boosts ample spacious accommodation and storage, a modern family and en-suite bathroom both benefitting from a bath and powered showers, dressed with luxury towels as standard.
The bedrooms with King, Double and Twin Beds are simple but stylishly dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding, chenille throws/ cushions, and coordinating curtains. Each room has direct access out on to the patio and pool with views towards Paphos town.

Although Cyprus has a very low crime rate for your security and peace of mind the villa is fully alarmed and linked to a security company having fob panic buttons and extra window/door locks.

In the lounge you will find the latest high gloss flat screen technology, Sky TV and music systems with designer chaise longue style seating. Retire outside to the upstairs veranda area with garden sofas and a coffee table to enjoy the evening views over the lit pool, well stocked landscaped gardens and twinkling lights of Paphos town.

The kitchen benefits from granite worktops, cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plus all conceivable amenities.
Bone china sets off the leather seated dining area, but you are more likely to find yourself entertaining on one of the outside patio areas with table and chairs enjoying elevated views, BBQ and Parasol, conveniently located off the kitchen.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
