Within two minutes walk of the apartment is a park with children’s playground, Pharmacy, Spar supermarket, Police Station & doctors, not to mention the beach! There are numerous excellent restaurants & bars within easy walking distance.
Inside
On the ground floor of the apartment is a modern fitted kitchen, wc, dining room & lounge area. The dining room has a dining table that extends to seat 8 & the lounge has a 32" plasma TV with freeview including BBC/ITV & various Sky channels & DVD player. The ground floor is tiled throughout with travertine as are the stairs leading to the 1st floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, utility room & family bathroom. The main bedroom enjoys views of the mountain, sea, gardens & swimming pool. It has a large double built-in wardrobe, dressing area & en-suite bathroom consisting of Jacuzzi bath, sink, bidet & wc. The second bedroom has twin beds & a large double built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed & room for a fold out bed or travel cot, both of which are available on request. Outside the apartment enjoys a lawned garden at the front & views of the mountains. To the rear is a private patio area with furniture & seating for 6, which leads to the beautifully maintained gardens & 2 swimming pools, one large & a smaller one ideal for young children. There is plenty of off street parking available although a car is not a necessity.
