Had a great holiday at this villa. I highly recommend it to anyone. had a very relaxing time. Villa was spotless on arrival and Jim was waiting for us with the key. Pool was very well looked after and noticed it was cleaned every morning during our stay. Good Location with plenty in the Golf Del Sur area with easy access to other resorts. Hope to return next year!!

A pleasant villa with great views at the rear over the golf course and sea beyond. View to the front not so good but it looks like some work is underway to improve this. Plenty of sunbeds and outdoor tables and chairs. There is also a shaded patio which was great when the sun was a bit too hot. Comfortable sofas and beds and a well equipped kitchen. A welcome pack was provided free of charge which was a nice touch. I think this villa was good value for money. Its not in the luxury category but it doesnt claim to be. However I think some nice new towels would be a good idea - the ones we were provided with had seen better days! A quiet area but on some days there was quite a lot of aircraft noise - this did vary with the time of day and direction of landing. It didnt bother us unduly and was not a problem at night.

very good. If i had one critisisum it would be that inside the wardrobe could do with a lick of paint to refresh both the smell and look.But other than that the property was very nice.

The property was ideal for us - a very pleasant view over the golf course to the ocean for the adults and a lovely pool for the kids. The villa itself was clean and fresh and a welcome pack had been thoughtfully provided on our arrival. The large pool was unheated, but this was absolutely fine for the time of year we went (October.) There are nice beaches near by, and other attractions (water parks etc) are no more than 15 minutes drive away. On the negative side, you are right under the flightpath to the airport and while there arent a huge number of flights, some might find the noise annoying. The restaurants in the purpose-built village within walking distance were also pretty bad (and somewhat soulless) but as we have children, wed planned to eat in anyway. Lastly, the pool was wonderful for us, but might be a little deep for some my 12 year-old daughter could not touch the bottom at either end.

We certainly have not found any noise from air crafts annoying and in fact we much prefer the quietness of the resort over others.

Perhaps you didnt take the 10-15 min stroll to the marina where there are some lovely, typically Spanish restaurants.
