The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It position for skiing was ideal.
8 of us stayed in the the apartment and yet we didnt feel cramped at all.

We are a family with 3 kids (15, 12, 2.5). We brought my mom with us to take care of our youngest child while we skied.
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much!
The huge selec tion of toys kept our little one very busy and happy all day long. The older children were happy to join when we came back from skiing.
No need to bring any toys from home since the apartment has a big selec tion of toys, games and books for all ages (including for us grownups).
You will not be bored for a single moment.
The enormous library of DVDs is amazing (for all ages)!
The kitchen is fully equipped up to the smallest detail and it was very easy to cook or bake anything I wished.
To make it short - the apartment is IDEAL for a GREAT VACATION, for skiers and non skiers alike!

We were a group of seven adults, and the flat was perfect for us! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for cooking and for just chillin after a day in the slopes.
Location was super, short walk to the village and to the slopes.
Thumbs up, definetly recommend!

Ski Falt Abercrombie is a really good quality self catering ski apartment. We found that it was finished and furnished to a really high standard. The kitchen was particularly good.
The heated boot room was very welcome as were the extra touches of digital radio and a good choice of DVDs
It was well located for all ammenities and for skiing to and from the slopes.

We were all delighted to arrive and explore the apartment. It was very homely and exceptionally clean. The apartment really felt like a home from home with all the nice toys and books, hat were nicely organised but clearly left out for you to enjoy. There were thoughtful touches throughout, laundry baskets, travel plugs, spare light bulbs, batteries etc. The layout of the apartment is extremely spacious and perfect for a mixed group like ourselves. We were a family of four with a 9 and 8 year old, joined by grandparents and two family friends. We loved the reception space which was very sociable, all in all it created the perfect environment for a fun, family holiday. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern and beautifully decorated. The ski in ski out access exceeded our expectations, it really is a couple of minutes to the piste. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Fantastic flat with wonderful views over the village and mountains. Extremely well equipped and clean.A real gem. Excellent base for a summer holiday in Austria. We do hope we can come back.

Very nice and well situated apartment. Flachau is great for skiing, especially when skiing with children. The apartment met our highest standards and is very well equipped in every way.

Flachau and the surrounding area is a great place to ski and we couldnt have found a better place to stay. Less than 1 minutes walk from the slope (even in ski boots), a leisurely 10 minute walk to the high street and even less to the Music Bar. Being slope side its a steep walk back, especially if youre laden down with food and perhaps the odd drink from the local Spar. The apartment is brand new and very tastefully decorated throughout. Not only that but it was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Facilities wise you couldnt ask for more - heated floors, two bathrooms (one with a shower we all wanted to take home), large kitchen, dining table, balcony (useful for keeping crates of beer cold) and sitting area - complete with large sofa and plasma television. The ski locker was also heated. Well definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. It is well equipped and user friendly, the living/dining/kitchen area is very pleasant and comfortable. However, there still arent enough towel hooks in the bathrooms the floor central heating is comfortable but accumulates too much dust so we had to vacuum clean it every day. The ski/boot storage is great - our ski boots were dry and warm every morning. We hope to come again!

This flat is an very luxury apartment with an good equipped kitchen. The living/dining room is good and comfortable and easy to live in. The room whit 4 beds is a little bit small but for children or youth it is OK. The bathrooms are very good and clean. The flat is near the ski piste and the cabine lift Achterjet. You can from above skiing into the basement of the flat. That is super.

The apartement were very good, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We understand that this is a brand new property, and therefore we have some suggestions for improvement:
* Small towels for washing hands
* Towelhooks for the bathrooms
* Hooks for hanging up wet clothes etc. in the beedrooms and hallway
* Shelfspace for toilet requisites
* Wireless broadband connection
* The ski cellar was quite moist and our skiboots did not dry properly. I think this was because the room was cold, and after the ski boot dryer was turned off in the morning, they became cold and damp. Some heating should probably be on all the time.
On Friday 6th February a man tried to lock himself into the apartement to check the floor heating. Since we had not been informed about this, we did not let him in but told him to come back on Saturday after we had left.
It would also be great if the towels were changed once during the week.
These are all mere suggestions, so I just wanted to emphasize that we really enjoyed our stay :)

We are very glad that these guests enjoyed their stay and we agree fully with this feedback. Once the season is over and the workmen can again have access to the apartment, towelhooks will be installed in all bedrooms and bathroom shelves will be installed in both bathrooms. Wireless internet will be also be set up. Small hand towels are also a good idea and when we are next there, we will purchase them for the apartment. In terms of towels being changed, the apartment has a washing machine and a dryer in the ski cellar which are provided for the use of our guests.
