We were a party of five with my two sons, 21 and 16, and my partners son, aged 11. Due to the fact that the villa was so spacious and everyone had their own space it was an outstanding success. Everyone enjoyed it and the views from the villa were spectacular. The villa is very well equipped and the pool area is wonderful with very comfortable sun beds. We are already saving our pennies for another visit.

The villa had a beautiful view over the bay. It was ideally situated for the bus station, supermarket and taxis but it is a steep walk down and back to the harbour, however taxis are plentiful and cheap.

The villa has everything needed for a comfortable self- catering holiday.
Unlike many rental villas Juline has a very nice atmosphere, that is because it is clearly someones personal home.
Only 1 problem arose, the first 2 days were not sunny so there was no hot water. I had to find the tank, switch on the power and open the valves. The managing agent did not know how to sort this problem. However the following day we were back to solar heated water and the electric heater switched off.
The property is great with stunning views, but Kalkan is extremely steep we usually returned from town by taxi.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa. We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2007 with our family. There was 8 of us in total and the villa is so spacious it was perfect. It is clean and well equipped with magnificent sea and mountain views. The pool and surrounding areas are clean and well maintained with comfortable sun loungers. We used the bar and restaurant facilities at the Samira Deluxe Hotel only a minute's walk away where the staff are very friendly and helpful. Kalkan itself is a beautiful place with its cobbled streets leading to the harbour and an abundance of shops, open cafes and quality eating places. The maintenance staff are on hand should they be needed for anything. Overall Villa Juline is the perfect place to relax and unwind and we would definitely recommend both the villa and Kalkan itself.

We stayed at Villa Juline for two weeks in August 08. Had a superb holiday. We have been on villa holidays in the past but this was better than any other. It was clean and well equipped with breathtaking views. The maintenance manager called regularly to enquire whether he could help with anything. Kalkan itself is a picturesque place which has kept its quaintness. There are many top class restuarants and the people are so friendly. The beaches at Kaputas and Patara are fabulous with turquoise water and golden sand. Altogether a great place to visit.

Idyllic setting, spectacular views, wonderful restaurants with food and service second to none. The villa was scrupiously clean and spacious. There were 8 people in our party and it was more than adequate. Our first visit to Turkey and more than we expected. We will definitely be back, had a truly memorable holiday.
