This property was described as Luxury but was, in fact, anything but. The combined lounge/kitchen/ dining are was approximately 4 metres by five, the bedroom even smaller and the bathrooom! Ah,the bathroom! The tiny toilet/ bathroom was desperately in need of care the shower hose was ruptured, so much of the water failed to reach the rose,on two occasions I had to clear the drain so that water would run away, water leaked from the base of the toilet and the seat was loose and lacked all necessary components.
The furnishings were cheap and nasty and the kitchen tap unit was not properly fastened. The sheets and towels were of poor quality (were aimed to last a week) and we found a discarded used sheet in the wardrobe when we arrived.
You might have been able to swing a cat in each room, but it would have been a severely concussed beast by the end. All up, this was a very disappointing stay!

We stayed at Flip Flops in the first week of the Uk Summer holidays and it was brilliant. Peaceful, relaxing, no fighting for a sun bed. The views and the sunsets are amazing. People were so friendly on the complex and in Gulluk. We had some great nights out at Cheers Bar and some great nights in on our large balcony with fresh Turkish food brought at the supermarket 10mins away. The whole complex is clean and well kept. The apartment itself had great air con, plenty of space, with everything you need, even some board games and books. The pool is a lovely place to chill out in and is bigger than the pictures make it look. Would thoroughly recommend this for couples or small families. We cant wait to go back and explore more of Turkey with all the comforts of home and more at Flip Flops.
