The Villa

This Luxury 3 bed villa boasts panoramic views of the Cyprus coastline, has private parking, private garden with luxury barbeque and private pool. In addition the owners have installed an 8m by 3m artificial putting green with three holes for your enjoyment. (Putter and Balls supplied). The property enjoys a quiet situation in a small cul-de-sac, with open views on each side to the Sea, Coastline and Mountains. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities(on 2 courses), local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.

The spacious open plan Lounge/Dining area features top quality leather sofas with ample seating for 6-8, Large TV with Satellite & surround sound and D.V.D/C.D. player. The dining area has a lovely circular glass topped table with built in lazy suzan and six high backed leather chairs. Two air conditioning units cope with the hottest of Cyprus summers and remote controlled ceiling fans provide a cooling breeze on demand.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern with fitted units, granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances that include large Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher .

All bedrooms feature comfortable 3 foot wide single beds which can be made in to Super King-Sized beds (to suit your requirements), ceiling fans and air conditioning units and ample fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom features a luxurious en-suite with a large shower cubicle, a safe, and a balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the stunning views.

Bedroom 2 also has a balcony with the same superb sea view. Bedroom 3 has a balcony with lovely views to the mountains.

The Luxury bathroom features glass shelves and shower screen and modern top quality fittings throughout. The en-suite off the master bedroom features a very large shower cubicle with sliding doors. Downstairs there is a well appointed cloakroom.

The brand new fully landscaped garden features palms, trees and shrubs and a superb 8m by 3m meter putting green. Hone your putting skills before you go for that round of golf or just enjoy some time out with the kids.

The 8m x 4m pool has Roman Steps and a separate outside shower area for that extra touch of luxury and is screened from the drive and immediate neighbours by attractive fencing so you can enjoy your stay in private. A large barbeque is situated just off the patio for those long warm alfresco evenings. Garden and pool lights are also fitted.

For your comfort and relaxation there are 6 sun loungers and a large outdoor table and 6 chairs for dining alfresco at all times of day.

The Development and Golf

Secret Valley golf course is located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the islands visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide.

The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away and the newly refurbished Tsada (20 mins drive). The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour.

Further details of golf can be found at www.cyprusgolf.com and www.aphroditehills.com. Aphrodite Hills is also home to one of the best spa’s in the whole of Paphos. Gym classes run daily and for a relatively small monthly charge, you can use all facilities and take classes free of charge.

Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at Petra Tou Romiou, Pissouri, Avdimou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

Above Secret Valley itself, lies the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.



Paphos

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going West from Paphos, there is Coral Bay with its European Blue Flag beach, then the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, where there is then Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day so dont worry if you have a late flight. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed and has cleaning & linen changes on a weekly basis. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
