Set in the exclusive gated golf resort of Polaris World’s Hacienda Requilme is this wonderfully located 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the region of Murcia ,with one of the best climates in Spain.
This frontline south facing apartment has a vast patio area overlooking a lake and the 11th hole, yet only a few metres away from a superb large communal swimming pool. It also has a small garden which gets sun all day.
The apartment comprises all the features that you would expect from a resort of this quality.
The apartment briefly comprises of a relaxing air conditioned lounge with leather furniture, flat screen satellite tv with UK channels, DVD and Internet connection. There is also a dining area with hard wood table and leather chairs for 4 persons.
The 2 bedrooms both air conditioned feature twin beds for extra flexibility with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. A bed settee is also available in the lounge for an extra 2 guests.
The kitchen has a top of the range amenities including oven, hob, fridge freezer ,microwave and dish washer. The separate utility has a washing machine.
The well appointed bathroom has quality fittings including bath with shower, bidet, and modern washbasin .
Outside on the patio is al fresco dining for six people ,sun loungers and relaxers with its own private lawn.
There is ample parking with a dedicated underground parking space. All bed linen and towels are provided with heating available during the winter months.Newly opened in Nov 2010 on the resort is a large supermarket,bars and a restaurant in the Hacienda all within 10 minute walking distance from the apartment.
To add to your enjoyment there is a shuttle service taking you to other golf resorts in the locality with a variety of restaurants and bars .The nearest Spanish town of Sucina is only 5 minutes away with a wide choice of restaurants. Superb beachescan be found at Mar Manor just 15 minutes from the golf resort.

The 18 hole Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus Design is a par 72 and 6416m course build to professional standards. The course covers an area of 71 hectares and has a stunning mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast. The beautiful design of this course makes it a really special place to play and enjoy a game of golf. Other amenities on offer include a driving range, golf academy, pro shop and club house and supermarket on the estate.
As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more experienced players.
Whilst staying at Hacienda Riquelme you are able to play at reduced rates at La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course.

The nearest beaches can be found at Playa de Santiago de la Ribera and also at Los Alcazares some 15 minutes from the golf resort. The Mar Menor has excellent beaches with a very safe bathing.
