The villa offers

The lovely villa has been appointed and decorated in a traditional style. The entrance hall with guest lavatory leads into the spacious lounge with a lounge suite in front of an open fire place and a large bookcase with a TV set. The adjoining dining room seats 10.There is a small sitting room with a bridge table. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and a separate laundry room. The lounge and dining room open onto the covered terrace with nice views of the surroundings. There is a BBQ and a dining suite for 6 for al fresco dining.
On this floor you will find two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One of these bedrooms looks out over the garden, the other one is facing the front terrace. Two more bedrooms share one bathroom and are both opening onto the terrace.
On the first floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has its own private terrace and a small kitchen with fridge and hot plate. This floor has its own entrance and is not connected to main house. From the partly covered terraces a wide staircase leads down to the large garden with swimming pool (9 x 5 mtr.).

Outside facilities

The beautiful garden has lots of tropical plants, a tennis court and childrens swings. There is parking space for 4/5 cars. The villa is an ideal place for families with children, or a group of friends

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
