Comfortable flat in beautiful area near sea.

This is an extended two bedroom flat, made by adding the bedroom from next door to the bedroom at the back, so it is double size. (It can be used together with the next door flat for larger groups.)

The LIVING ROOM has extremly comfortable sofa and arm chairs and opens through sliding glass doors onto the balcony. This is more private, being on the top floor, and overlooks the gardens pool and nature reserve hill beyond. It is furnished with six chairs to relax on, and a low table.

There is an excellently equipped KITCHEN AREA, and a DINING ALCOVE, a HALL and SHOWER ROOM.

The FRONT BEDROOM overlooks the pool and has very comfortable beds that can be made up as twin or double as required. There is a chest of drawers with mirror in an alcove, a chair,and large mahogany cupboards with shelves - and plenty of clothes hangers! It has shutters to the windows to keep it cool. There is room for a cot or floor mattress for a child.

The elegant BACK BEDROOMis double sized and overlooks the hills and coutryside. It has a new , king size bed, mahogany cupboards and plenty of space. If you wish to sleep more than four people in this flat, the end of the room can have the curtain drawn for privacy and cot, children's floor mattresses or a folding single bed supplied. We have just fitted shutters to this room too, for shady coolness and to let the breeze through.


This apartment has everything to make it a home from home,comfortable sofas, books, games, TV, and DVD.

We are on the cool breezy third floor at the quiet end of two low semicircles of flats, which surround gardens and a huge pool. Gates are always attended so children can play securely, there is a tennis court and playground. The wide golden beaches, with tiny seashells like flowers are fifteen minutes walk, the royal golf course just down the road and excellent riding stables a few minutes away.

There are three varied (pizza to gourmet dining!) restaurants within an easy walk

Secret Morocco
The warm smiling Mediteranean coast is where Moroccans from the hot south and Europe choose to holiday above all else- the Kings summer palace is ten minutes drive from here -however Europeans have not learnt the secret of the golden beaches and low key development only 14 km from Spain. Tangier and Tetouin have unchanged medinas where you enter a culture of centuries ago ( we can recomend an excellent guide), yet the roads and our plumbing are modern and there is an excellent golf course a few minutes away.
The sea is a quarter hour walk and the golden beaches stretch for miles, in high summer there are umbrellas and ice cream and lots of actiitivity at the entrance to the beach, but walk awhile and you have a stretch to yourself if you prefer.

Family , Culture and Nature

Families will love the security of the gated complex and large shallow pool section with life guard, where children can make friends and play. The water park, camel rides and warm low waves of the Med are a few minutes drive, the huge Ceuta aquapark, duty free shopping, night life and fascinating Spanish architecture and museums half an hour away.
A large supermarket is ten minutes drive but fresh food and newly caught fish in the MDiq market is fun to bargain for. Watch for 400 species of migrating birds crossing from Africa to Europe in season, trek in the beautiful mountains or take a midnight ride on the beaches from the excellent stables nearby. There is a choice of restaurants you can walk or drive to and Moroccan food is delicious.
The friendly English couple who look after the flats for me live near the complex and are happy to collect non drivers from the port or airport and take you on wonderful expeditions. Or just give advice on what to do and where to go if you prefer to be independant.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
