The unit is a luxuriously appointed and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment with the sea in the foreground and the lush rolling hills as the back dro p. This resort condominium has the range of resort facilities in the one complex: SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS all in an extensively landscaped and secure environment.

Inside the unit
The unit is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are also installed, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully and fully furnished just bring your beach towels! Satellite TV is installed with channels including BBC, CNN plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world.

Additional information
All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen. There is a fully automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer available for your use. There is a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex. Restaurants and the famous Batu Ferringhi night-market are at your door step.

The unit is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).

Excellent apartment in a convenient location and with a beautiful view. Susie is very helpful and friendly and the apartment is well maintained. There is everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

The property was in a very good area good views air con worked a treat Kelvin was a very good host got an electrician in very quick to fix the dishwasher and was always on hand to answer any questions noise was not a problem for us the apartment itself was well presented and had everything that you needed marble floors throughout we were two couples it was good to use as a base Improvements that I would make an information folder for the delights of Penang one of the on suite shower rooms does not have hot water connected and you have to share the shower room with everybody but apart from that I would use the apartment in the future
