Secluded private villa with pool, uninterrupted views in the most pictures
This is two newly built (2004) villas ideal for the discerning traveller in an unspoilt part of Turkey. It is situated in a secluded part of the village of Kizilyaka with beautiful view overlooking majestic hills. It has its own garden with ample room to relax and play and the villas are situated in a plot totalling 5000 sq meters.
A large swimming pool (15m x 8m) is a constant depth throughout (1.6m) whilst there are also the facilities of a jacuzzi and a childrens pool.
The villa have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind and include air conditioning in the bedrooms, satellite T.V, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dining table and chairs for 6 people and sunloungers/patio furniture etc.
The villa is built in the traditional Mugla style of the area and offers panoramic views over the surrounding counrtyside from the beautifully carved wooden balcony.
The villa can sleep up to 6 people.
Maid servcice and pool cleaning/gardening is included in the price. Towels and bed linen will be changed twice per week.
FACILITIES
The kitchen is well equipped and has all the facilites that you would expect of a modern European kitchen. It consists of Oven with 4 ringed hob and grill( electric), large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all other utensils.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and the main bedroom is en-suite. The main bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The twin bedrooms- one overlooks the pool and the other the rear of the property. The bedroooms share a large bathroom with a shower over , toilet and washbasin.
The living area also has all the facilites you would expect. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, a three piece suite consisting of a settee and two chairs, a modern television, satellite receiver showing European channels, 2 sets of patio doors leading onto balconies, outstanding views over the pool and surrounding hillsides All doors and windows have fly screens. Good quality patio furniture is on the balconies.
LOCALITY
The villa is siuated on the South West coast of Turkey in a tranquil village called Kizilyaka. This charming village is less than 30 minutes drive from Marmaris whilst the spectacular Ouludeniz is only one hours drive away. It is ideally situated for access to beaches, historical sites, various leisure areas as well as a centre for sightseeing.
Although car hire is advised to explore the rest of Turkey the village is only a short walk away with local shops and restaurants.
The bay of Gokova (Akayaka) is only 10 minutes away by car with spectacular scenery and also the famous riverside restaurants situted by the Azmak river.
There are a few local restaurants in the villagfe within walking distance that serve traditional Turkish dishes(Pide Houses). There is also chiken takeaway which is open 24 hours.
At the petrol station about 300 metres away from the property exchange facilities are also available.
Included in the property price are maid service, gardening, pool cleaning, electric, water, local taxes, air conditioning etc.
Extra services which are avaailable at extra cost include shopping, baby sitting, tourist guide, driver, guided walks, local cooking and transport to and from the airport.
