Holiday villa Fotiana consists of four bedrooms and is situated close to St. George and only 5 km from the well known Coral Bay with its busy tourist centre. The small fishing harbour of St. George and the Akamas peninsula are only 3 minutes by car.Villa Fotiana is surrounded by a large garden with flowers, bushes and fruit trees. The house is very spacious with an open plan living/dining area and kitchen on the ground floor. There are two living area, one with a set of sofas, coffee table, SAT-TV and DVD and another one with sofas and coffee table and view through the patio doors to the garden. Even the kitchen is very large with dining table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and more. One bedroom with a bathroom en-suite is also situated here.A staircase goes to the upper level where you find another three bedrooms, each with a bathroom en-suite. Here is a very large veranda with view over the pool and to the sea. Outside you find a spacious, covered terrace with garden furniture. In the beautiful garden is a kidney shaped pool with roman steps, surrounded by a terrace with sun lounges and umbrellas. Villa Fotiana is nicely furnished and very comfortable and offers enough space for two families.
