“Luxurious and unforgettable vacations plus a lovely landwoner” Reviewed June 9, 2010 I am sure that villa Sandra Maria is ideal for family vacation. Besides the stunning view of the Aegean Sea, the elegant architecture and the private pool, villa Sandra Maria is very close to Athens (30’ minutes via ”Attiki Odos” - a private motorway – to Lavrion Harbor and one hour by ship to Tzia). While my family enjoyed a swim, I could manage my business and meet them in the afternoon. We dined in nearby restaurants close to the coast and then watched the sunset. Isn’t it perfect?

“Wonderful week in a house with amazing view” Reviewed August 31, 2010 We spent there a wonderful week. The house is beautiful, decorated with love (to be careful with small children), full equiped and has an amazing view. The owner is very kind and helps you with all your enquiries. You are close to shops and beaches but you need a car.

"The most idylic place ever"
I cant describe how lovely villa Sandra Maria is. My partner and I have decided we will try and return every year from now on. We had the most relaxing time ever. The attention to detail within the villa and its gardens was amazing. The owner was very accomodating and helpful. it really is heaven on earth.

A beautifully built and decored villa with stunning views and ultimate luxury. instantly relax by or in the pool and watch as the weight of the world slides off your shoulders. A great experience which you will want to repeat time and time again

"Fabulous, highly recommended"
A little gem on the hilltop on Kea, a beautiful small Greek island. We enjoyed our stay very much, the villa itself is gorgeous, offering amazing sea views and luxurious amenities in picturesque, clean and quiet surroundings. It is close to stunning beaches, great traditional restaurants and even a few cute small boutiques. Your ideal destination for relaxing! The photos dont even do the villa justice, its even more beautiful in person. The owner of the villa, Olga, is very friendly and gave us lots of information to make our vacation even better. Do not forget to visit the capital of Kea, Ioulis, as well. Its very pretty and unique, plus it has lots of restaurants serving amazing traditional food.

"Tranquility and elegance . . . that is Villa Sandra Maria"
Of all the trips I have taken, my time at Villa Sandra Maria was one of the most relaxing, inspiring, and fulfilling. The elegant decor of the villa, and the mesmerizing view as we looked over the infinity pool, made it hard to venture out. Olga, the owner, went above and beyond to meet our needs, from the moment we stepped off of the ferry. It seemed like we were visiting an old frind. She guided us to wonderful restaurants, tavernas, and shops. The photos do not do justice to the villa. We spent days by the pool listening to the outdoor sound system and evenings enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. After visiting athens and Santorini, I think Villa Sandra Maria and the surrounding villages are what made my trip to Greece the best trip ever. Olga is a gem!

The photos do not do Villa Sandra-Maria justice, even though they are spectacular. The decor, layout, amenities, and location were better than we imagined. During the afternoon we relaxed at the infinity pool, at sunset we had a glass of wine while listening to the outdoor sound system, and then headed to the village for authentic Greek cuisine. Without a doubt, we would recommend it to friends (which we did upon return) and we plan on returning, as well. Also, considering the number of people it can accommodate, it is an excellent value. Olga, the owner, was incredibly helpful before and during our trip. Her warm and gracious greeting upon our arrival set the tone for our stay. When we left we felt we had met not only an owner, but a friend.

We came in April and were delighted with the location and the amazing views. The villa is really beautiful and decorated with a lot of care and love.
The location makes the villa feel very private yet it is only a short drive to some wonderful restaurants and beaches.
We loved our week at Sandra-Maria and hope to visit again later this year

This is a beautiful villa in an idyllic location-the views from the villa and terrace area of the rocky coast and clear blue water are amazing. The villa is furnished well with all the amenities anyone could want, there are outside terraces for every sun and wind direction, all well equippped, including a huge built in brick BBQ.
This island is totaly unspoilt with little overt tourism, but many small friendly local cafes and restaurants. There are many beaches with warm blue water but be prepared for steep dirt roads to access some of them! It is a 20 minute walk from the villa to the nearest beach, alonga dirt road along the cliff top with excellent views throughout. Alternatively there is the option of a very short drive by car.
We would definitely hope to return.

The most relaxing, idylic setting. Villa Sandra Maria took my breath away. I will never forget the time we spent swimming under the stars and lounging by the pool.

The infinity pool over-looking the ocean is the most beautiful setting. The photos dont really do it justice. The owner is very responsive and will go out of her way to make your stay enjoyable.

A lovely villa with beautiful views and pretty sunsets. On a clear day you can see all the way to the mainland. Great outdoor areas, we didnt spend much time inside at all even though the interiors are very nicely done. The kitchen is much bigger than you think with a decent sized dining table. Its well-kitted out with all the plates, glasses , bowls, pots and pans you could need. The owner can arrange Nespresso coffee pods for you too. The oven is marked in German, so perhaps get a translation upon arrival.
The A/C is very effective, which was helpful because we had to keep the doors closed in the evenings due to the mosquitos. A plug repellent provided by the owner works well to keep them away in the bedrooms.
A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a beautifully presented villa.

For couples or families.
Close to Athens
All the good places of the island are close.
The view of the see is magnificent and the light of the sky superb.
The infrastructure of the Villa is excellent and the owner helped us make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I warmly recommend to have holidays in Villa Sandra Maria. In addition to Cycladic atmosphere, Villa Sandra Maria will offer you everything you need for perfect vacation in Greece: modern comfort combined with classical island architecture. The house is perfectly situated, close from dreamful beaches and not far from the harbour. In the same time, the place is very quiet and perfectly designed for holidays with family Here everything is organized to forget stress.
Sea view and landscape are excellent.
The swimming pool is fantastic.Furniture perfectly suit with the style of the house.
Congratulations to the owner for the organisation of the houses and the other parts of the villa and for the mind of hospitality. Everything was really thought for comfort and practicability. In one word, Everything has been organized here for gathering the best conditions for perfect holidays. This place, be sure that you will never forget it

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday with you last week. It seems such a long way away now! Your home is extremely beautiful and we felt so happy there. It far exceeds the description on the website. You have a lot of style and taste and it makes a very beautiful environment which was a special treat for us all. The children had a wonderful time and my two have come back saying it was their best holiday ever. Kea itself is beautiful and unspoilt and I felt happy to be away from other tourists. Very nice property and quiet authentic island... just what we were looking for.
Owner, Olga, is a treat! Shes was very nice and welcoming and was at our disposal for questions / recommendations about the villa and island.
check ferry schedules to island as we missed one booked night b/c WE didnt verify schedules and time it right with our departing flight. This was our fault but Im sure Olga can help in this regard before you book.
Fantastic stay and villa. Very good privacy, quiet area and beautiful views as described. Screens need some repair but all in all amazing villa and stay. Pictures are 100% representative of the villa and views.
