Family Villa
Located in the quiet residential area of Subach and just a 7 minute drive to old Pollensa. Villa Vitoria is a home from home that provides comfortable living space for up to 6 people.
The pool is located close to the terrace and is 10m x 4m with easy access via Roman steps. The added advantage is that the pool can be heated during the year so earlier and later breaks are easily accommodated for.
The combined living room and dining room comfortably sit 6 people and the modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The TV has access to UK channels. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and living area for the summer and also central heating if required for the out of season months along with an open fire.
The villa consist of 2 double bedrooms along with a twin room and all with ensuites. The villa is carefully looked after by its owners who use it as their Mallorcan home when alternating between here and the UK.
We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Upon your arrival there will be a welcome pack to show our appreciation for booking your rental holiday in Mallorca with Stylish Villas. In addition to this there will be a maid service twice per week to clean the villa and make it just that little bit easier for you.
