The Apartment

A lovely 2 bedroom spacious apartment with superb golf views from its large covered balcony. Luxury living on a wonderful 5 star resort. TV and DVD player available with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has lifts and underground parking and some of the most beautifully designed communal swimming pools. The covered balcony has spectacular golf and pool views.

The Resort
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS latest resorts with an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers, there is a pro shop, bar and supermarket currently on the resort with many more facilities on their way. If you want a quiet holiday with only you, the sun and the occasional “ping” of a golf ball. Somewhere you can laze the day away with a book and a long cold drink, this is your perfect destination.

The Area
A warm welcome to the Costa Calida.

The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula.To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.

Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35Cmaximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.

The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.

The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).
