Villa Esposito is located in the proximities of the small town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi in an enchanting panoramic position facing the Gulf of Salerno, Li Galli and La Vetara. The Villa, on two levels, is surrounded by vineyards, lemon and olive trees. On the ground floor there is a spacious traditional rustic kitchen with a stone oven and a built-in barbecue grill. The kitchen is equipped with electrical oven, washing machine, sink, fridge and six hob gas stove.
The lounge is a spacious and bright space, decorated according to the local rustic style. This space is dominated by a wide tufa stone arch decorated with ancient majolica. A fireplace and comfortable couches make this an ideal area for relaxing.
The exterior and its surroundings are simply enchanting. The lush garden situated on the ground level of the villa invites to outdoor dining. On the upper level there is a vegetable garden and a swimming pool with a spacious and private solarium. The pool is entirely excavated in natural rock and overlooked by a gracious venetian bridge. It is equipped with hydro massage and access to an external hot shower.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms, all located on the first floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (which can be made into double).
These quiet and luxurious bedrooms, each with its own unmistakable character, feature private terraces with wonderful views overlooking the coast. All bedrooms are en-suites with baths or showers.
