This lovely penthouse is in an apartment complex called Albatross. The complex is a well known landmark on Mijas Costa - due to its elevated position and unusual pink colour.

At entrance level is a lovely lounge with amazing views of the coastline and Miraflores golf course.
Also at this level is the fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom.
On the second level is a further bedroom and full bathroom.

Within an easy 3 minute downhill walk from the apartment is Centro Commercial Las Terrazas - which houses the following excellent restaurants -
English, Italian, Indian, Spanish & grill.
Also in the commercial centre are several bars, cafeterias, supermarket, neswagents & tobacconist, cash machine and hairdresser.
A short 2 minute downhill drive brings you to the entrance of Riviera del Sol - with further shops and restaurants, and access to the beach
