Stayed there over New Year as I have friends in Tetouan.
Lovely apartment. 2 good sized bedrooms. My wife and I in one bedroom and our children in the twin.
We were met by a rep of the owner who showed us in and how to work things, and then left us to our own devices. Dont know what other reviews were about, but everything in working order. Furniture isnt about to brake, yes its a couple of years old, but in great order.
Place was lovely and quiet at night, and my wife and I slept soundly (except for the kids running around). Went to Marina Smir and Tetouan at night, all close by and a walk on the beach (out of season) on New Years day which was lovely.
All in all, a lovely trip and will definitely return in the summer when we can use the huge pool.

Stayed during the summer months and found the apartment ideal.
The agent was friendly and effecient. The apartment was as described with 2 good bedrooms, a kitchen which had everything that was needed, a good size balcony with a nice view of the mountains.
Pool was superb as well.
Area was well located, with access to beaches, towns, villages and historical old towns.
All in all a good holiday which was as excatly as we hoped for,

The owners overview from the apartment promise " large ceiling to floor windows opening onto large 9 metre terraces offering panoramic views of the beautiful mountains, the Mediterreanean and beyond." but there was no such thing and only roof terrace was in the near hotel and acces was denied to go there by staff. Also seaview from terrace was only possible with binoculars hanging out from the railing. Nearest beach was about one kilometer far.
Anyway the pool was good and staff keep it clean so there was great time to relax.
Equipment for the apartment was been in a hard use because many of them was broken or near to it. Coffeepot was near to burn me with hot coffee when using it first time. Also one bed and few boxes are near to broke. But for one week holiday the apartement was good enough.

Diappointed to see this review, I guess something must have been lost in translation. The photos of the apartment are genuine. The balcony is 9metres squared, the view from it is breathtaking. The beach is stated as 1 kilomtere away. The coffee pot produces hot coffee. The beds are adequate and have been independently assessed.

We enjoyed a week stay in Cabo Negro during the first week of Ramadan. It was a great time to go because everything was empty and quiet. The pool was gorgeous and looked after quite well. The apartment was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids, with a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kids playground area was not completed as of 08/2009 during our stay. We had our own car - and would recommend you rent a car for the location of this property. We cooked all our own meals except for one night where we went to a neighboring town Mdiq for a great fish dinner. There is also a restaurant/cafe in the complex that has Wifi internet access and great food. The owners speak English and are very willing to accommodate all your needs.
