Beautiful house, well equipped kitchen, charming village and well out of the way of popular tourist destinations make this a real retreat. Definitely to be recommended.

a beautifully designed and furnished villa, the pictures do not do it justice. So many wonderful seating areas for all times of the day, from the front of the villa for morning coffee to the amazing roof terrace for evening drinks. The village is friendly, with lovely local Tavernas to eat and drink at. We had the most relaxing and delightful 2 weeks at the villa and would love to return. There are neighbouring Villas which slightly overlook the property but we were lucky in that it was not peak season and they were unoccupied.
A stunning Villa which will not dissapoint.

We loved Villa Meltemi. The property was brilliant nice and private, modern and well equipped with great seating areas and a lovely pool.
The village was a quiet, traditional Greek village with a couple of tavernas and a small supermarket - just what you need really.
Lots of remote beaches a short drive away and the resorts of Pefki and Lindos close enough for a trip and a nice meal out.
I would highly recommend this property - we had a fantastic time.

A great place with very hospitable owners ensuring that you have your perfect stay in this wonderful traditional greek house. We love to come again.
There are not enough adjectives to describe the wonderful time we had in Villa Meltemi. The house, the pool, the surroundings. Highly recommended.

The villa is beautifull and even better than the pictures show. It is in a very quiet area in the south of the island. It is also not overlooked by any other property.

We had a very good holiday in a lovely house. Enjoyable Tavernas in walking distance... empty (shingle) beaches a short drive away. Just what we wanted.

The house is charming and really well designed for a fully relaxing staying since allows you to choose if to lie nearby the pool, have dinner outside on comfortable chairs just in front of the kitchen or enjoying the falling stars from the terrace. The area is absolutely noise free so y0u will need the alarm clock if you want to wake up early and go to explore the island. A car or a scooter is needed to reach the two most recommended beaches of the south of Rhodes island: Mohito and Prassonissi.
A special remark to the owners Yourgus and Gudrun for their availability and their efforts to make you feel good and to make your holiday as better as possible. The swimming pool is always kept clean by a professional maintains it twice a week. Highly recommended for "good taste" people.

A fantastic villa set in a very tranquil village. Villa Meltemi is furnished to a very high standard and the outside space is superb. The village has a shop two tavernas and is a great place from which to explore Rhodes further. We couldnt have wished for a better place for a quiet getaway and would definitely recommend it and even hope to return one day!

Lahania is a small and cosy village with charming Tavernas and very friendly people - so it is perfect for anybody who seeks holidays away from the main tourist streams.
Meltemi Villa itself is located on the upper edge of the village. Anything could be reached walking in five minutes. It is a calm area not noisy anyhow.
The house is fully equipped, there is really nothing missing, even a espresso machine is there (very important for some people - like us -)). The typical white/blue color design with nice furnitures and pictures shows the good taste of the owners.
There are three outside areas: at the base floor towards south (perfect for breakfast), on the first floor towards south (sea view there - very good for having an evening cup) and the covered area beside the pool (very nice semi-shadow).
We enjoyed the stay there (Jul. 2009) very much - in our opinion definitely to be recommended!

Hallo, es war ein Volltreffer und wir waren begeistert!
Hier gibt es einen Vermieter mit Geschmack und der für die Gäste da wenn es ein Anliegen gibt.
Immer wieder gerne!
Im Jahr 2009 sollte es das Rentalsystems auch in verschieden Sprachen geben und nicht nur in Englisch.
