What you see in the pictures is what you get. It was very clean and the facilities were great. The only problem we had was it was a bit slippery when you got out of the pool. The local area was friendly and there was plenty of places nearby to visit. Overall the best villa we have had. Thank you

This villa was very good! Alot of things you can get with the villa but it was a bit out of the central, this is good if you want a quiet holiday but if you want a fun and go away more for the day get a villa nearer the bus stop. It was near a karaoke bar, restaurants and a supermarket. Over all it is a lovely villa.

We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday and thought this was an excellent property. The villa is a good size, well equipped and very comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean. The patio is sizeable and has a variety of furniture and a number of areas which get shade at different times of the day. The villa is in a quiet area and within walking distance of the local supermarkets and restaurants. This villas USP, which as far as my son is concerned made it the best villa we have stayed in, is the snooker table in the basement. We played every day while my wife had her siesta!
Mike was friendly, helpful and efficient at every stage of the process, even accommodating our late and then further delayed arrival.Many thanks.

We found the Villa to be excellent, definately luxury,good size rooms, the pool and jacuzzi are much bigger than you see on the photos, Great location. The games room is a great addition, to give that total relaxation it has everything in the games room that you could possibly wish for. We would totally recommend this villa to any family.

Property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) with the pool and basement area ideal for keeping everyone occupied. Very clean And nicely furnished. Would highly recommend

WOW what a beautiful villa.When we arrived we were met by Margaret the lady next door, who i must thank so very much for being so very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. Home from home i must say everything you could want with all the mod cons for an enjoyable stay.My family and i found this villa amazing it is huge. Pool and pool area bigger than expected, and what can i say about the snooker room downstairs it was certainly a big hit with the men in the family.The villa was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.Shops bars and resturants close by,villa itself in a very quiet area which was perfect very safe and secure, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay, infact it was very sad to leave. Would recommend this villa, and i am sure we will return. Stunning views from the rooftop all in all an amazing villa.

The property was definately a wow factor, clean spacious and lovely. It was a big property with lots of outside space and many things close by.

When we arrived after our flights were delayed the owners met us being really pleasant and understanding about the misfortune of being delayed.
We arrived to electronic gates were we parked our rental car finding an excellently maintained villa!
The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice as for the price we stayed for 7 nights in a luxury 5 star villa, marble everywhere with class oozing from every room!
The pool was bigger than expected, there was ample tvs and dvds for our 3 children to occupy and the bbq and seating area near the pool was ideal for a relaxing family night!
The walk to town was a little far (40 mins) for our younger children however we used our rental car (10 mins) parking cost around 7 euro or vice versa a taxi cost the same one way!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa and are currently looking to book again in the very near future! Faultless!

The day we arrived on our holiday, we were met by Mike and Julie, and were given a brief tour of the Villa which is superb, and more than met our expectations. The standard and facilities at the property are second to none and well kept. The pictures on the web site don’t do it enough justice. The pool and BBQ + sun beds are good quality and the bar /snooker room/ cinema room are just brill’…a great hit with both adults and kids. The area is perfect…easy access to the nearby bars & restaurants (the living room dresser is full of leaflets and local maps/info).
This Villa makes you feel very safe too…electronic gates, window shutters etc, alarm..all makes you relax more. Laundry room makes things very easy, as does the wonderfully well equipped kitchen. We can honestly say we had a fantastic holiday and, will be returning with our older children as well.
We hired a car for the 2 weeks, which we highly recommend.

A high quality villa. Very clean and well maintained with all the facilities you could need. We loved the pool and the snooker table. Lots of things to do locally and a short drive away.

This was a fantastic property in a lovely area. Looks as good (if not better) than on the pictures.
As it was a residential area it was very quiet but only a 10 minute walk to nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets and a short taxi ride to the livelier main resort.
Would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time, the facilities in the Villa are exceptional. The pool was cleaned twice a week which meant high quality water. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, the power shower and jacuzzi heavenly! The kitchen has all mod cons along with washing machine and ironing board in the utility room. The games room was a big hit with everyone. We would definately return to the Villa and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful time!
