Have no faults about our holiday at the villa everything was just fantastic we all loved it. Janet and Ian are lovely people and very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and it was great having our own pool was great and our little boy thoroughly enjoyed it. Shops and bars were all within walking distance. I would really recommend this to a family or couple.

We were pleased about the apartment as it was nice, clean and had all the facilities we needed and Janet and Ian were very pleasant. My son thoroughly enjoyed use of the pool at his own leisure. There is a supermarket close to the apartment as well as a few restaurants. We preferred the beach at Terravieja (a bus ride away) rather than the beach at Playa Flamenca as this beach was quite small.
However, we were disappointed to find out on arrival to the apartment that it is up for sale and that we could expect to have viewings during our stay. One of these viewings was at 10.30am which was inconvenient as we were on holiday to relax and get out of bed when we pleased.

Just wanted to dro p an email to say what a fabulous holiday we had at the beginning of July. The apartment was lovely! We will definitely be coming back next year, I have recommended your place to a couple of family and friends too, so hopefully they will book up soon.

we were very pleased with the overall condition and facilities of the apartment. it was nearly like home from home,couldnt fault it. janet and ian were lovely and very welcoming and helpful,on hand to get advise on local attractions and amenities or anything we needed at property. we enjoyed spending a little social time with them and they made every effort to make our son feel at home too. i would, and already have recommended their apartment and villarenter.com to people. the only negative we have,is that the web page read so as we were under the impression we would be based closer the beaches and marina. we would definately of needed a car to visit the marina or town centre and other areas. but for a week of pure relaxation,it was perfect.

excellent holiday, owners janet and ian very welcoming and friendly. the pool was beautiful as was the villa. All in all we had a great time and would recommend!! Amenities very close by ie pubs restaurants and supermarket. Just fantastic, have recommended to friends and definitely would go back.

We had a brilliant time! The appartment was alot better than in the photos as was the swimming pool area. Janet & Ian were lovely and left us to enjoy. Would deffinatly recommend to another couple. The area was really nice too and everyone was really friendly! See you again soon!!!

Me and my husband went to the villa in July for 1 week. We were very happy to find out very nice apartment with a lot of space, large balcony and own kitchen and bathroom.
We spend evenings on the balcony with glass of wine under the stars it was fantastic!!
There is also private pool which we used everyday.
Beaches are close, a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance from the villa.
The landlords Ian and Janet were very nice to us and we are definitely planing to come in their villa again!
