  • This is a first floor apartment, though it is high up from the street, so nobody can look in, there are also tall leafy trees touching the ample terrace , you can see a TINY section of sea from the terrace (though it is NOT a sea view) Very light and sunny, all rooms except laundry/hall/bathrooms have big windows, facing south and south east. Ideal for familes, business men, this apartment is not situated in the night life area of Barcelona.

Tim (USA) Forum apartment, february 2012 We (5 friends) were staying for a conference in the nearby center and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, quiet, modern and spacious. It had extensive commodities like laundry machines, fast internet, dish washer and a nice balcony. I would definitely recommend it!

Marnie, we all feel that we left our hearts in Barcelona! We had a wonderful time and none of us wanted to leave. You were right - the apartment was very conveniently located and the transportaation system easy to understand. We only wish we knew a little more Spanish than we did it would have been a lot easier for us! Afer a full day of sightseeing and shopping for some of us (we did help the econony!) and attending the conference for others, returning to the apartment a couple of nights and unwinding with cheese and wine on the balcony was the perfect ending of a perfect day. Thank you for all your advice and suggestions. They were so helpful! We hope to return some day (after a few Spanish lessons) and you can be sure that we will be in touch to see if your apartment is available to us. Thank you again and thank Dan for being so helpful. We were 4 adults and 1 baby. The apartment was very suitable for us with good standard. We have also good commuication with the owner.
