We have just spent a very relaxing week in this villa – we wish it was longer! The villa and pool are great, nice peaceful location but still accessible to many amenities. The food was amazing, home cooking Kerala style was just delicious! We highly recommend Kumar and Silvie even better than the restaurants. The staff were fantastic. Raj suggested and arranged many different itineraries. He went the extra mile to ensure we had a great holiday. Silvie was a real gem, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both for making our Kerala holiday very special.

Excellent stay. We liked the time spending there. Quite and calm surroundings. Excellent food and varieties during our stay, thanks to Kumar. A boat ride around the poovar island is the most memorable one.. Well never forget.. The hospitality was like home away home for us. thanks to Selvaraj. Sure, Well visit the place once again soon...

The staff at the villa were all excellan thouroughly enjoyable stay.
Place was serene and beutiful Very relaxing holiday came back feeling refreshed. The rice boats at Appelley Valley were fab.

We have had a lovely time at this villa. The best of it all was Kumar’s wonderful cooking (the Keralan feast was fantastic) and the staff were more helpful, friendly and great fun – they really helped to make our holiday wonderful. We do recommend Stephan’s floating restaurant for one night – the Kadai Prawns are great. Our trip leaves us with many different memories. Very big thanks to all.

This is a nice and beautiful villa to relax. Raj and the two maids Selvi and Ambika are very friendly and helpful. Kumar is a very good cook.

My wife & I stayed for two weeks. This turned out to be the perfect setting for us in our busy lives. The villa was excellent and good value for money
Extremely helpful owner. Ensured we had everything we needed and would definitely return there again. Beautiful large lake nearby and the sea views are excellent.Whole area was very nice with lots to see would recommend it to anyone.
