We were very pleased with the property and the facilities provided, it was very comfortable and spacious and the outdoor area was ideal. Perhaps the swimming pool should be cleaned more often Only problem was the water pump was not working properly and therefore we could not use the washing machine and although these problems were reported they were not attended to. The description of the property was accurate and for us the location was ideal but a car is essential. The village was noisy in the early morning with dogs barking and gardeners working with machines at 8am. Better instructions for finding the property especially in the dark are needed. We considered it very good value for money but discovered that there is a large amount of accommodation in that region at a very cheap price.

02/04/13 Since this review we have had the water pump repaired. Everything is now working as should be.

A beautiful home from home, the pictures dont do the villa justice as the property was larger than we expected . It had everything we needed for a great family holiday. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

We spent a week at the property and were extremely impressed with the facilities. The interior was tastefully decorated and fully equipped - and the gardens and pool were wonderful. A swim at 7 in the morning and 10 at night in luke warm water was just what the Dr ordered! Breakfast in the arbour made a good start to the day! The bar/restaurant on the corner of the main road comes recommended. The quieter end of Hua Hin beach at Kao Takiep (think thats spelt right!) we thought was better than the main beach. All in all comes the property thoroughly recommended.

We only stayed for 5 nights but really enjoyed our stay the villa was clean and in excellent condition. The pool and gardens were well layed out and set up to be very private. There is a guard at the gate to the estate and the area is very secure. We looked for a while on the internet to try and find somewhere nice and this villa exceeded our expectations I would recomend this villa to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

We really enjoyed this villa. It was clean well equipped and of a high standard. If your looking for a quiet relaxing area to stay then this villa is perfect. We chose to hire a moped to get around as you are a few kilometres out of Hua Hin, but taxis are cheap and easy to get
There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a shop that is open until 10pm which sells everything you will need
Great value for money and I would definitely recommend. A good alternative to staying in a hotel

The villa was in excellent order and as described, the pool area gets plenty of sun and was well kept. The property was a little further than I thought out of town but taxis are cheap and be sure to use Peak (number left in property). takes about 10 mins into Hua Hin. Air con worked very well and the veranda made a nice spot to sit in the evenings with no problems from midges. Good value for money.

On arrival we were greeted by a caretaker and there was plenty literature in property to assist us settling in.
The property itself was in excellent condition and all rooms were well equipped. The pool, garden and veranda areas were beautiful and were well used.
The property is situated quite far from Hua-Hin but as long as you know this prior to arriving you can get a moped or car to run in and out of town - or as we did often call local taxi firm who will run you in for 200 bhat (one way).
One very useful thing was the mobile phone which is provided - we only had to top up with 50 bhat to be able to use it during our 2 week stay.
Overall, excellent, well maintained property in a quiet area.

We loved this villa. When we arrived, we were met as planned and found the villa looked just as it did in the photos. We were impressed with how well equipped it was it terms of kitchen bits and pieces, towels etc, and we quickly felt at home. We were surprised that only the main bedroom had A/C. Although this is clear in the blurb online, it was not so clear on the bullet point list and we missed it. It meant that our toddler could not use the other bedroom. Perhaps at other times of year, it is cooler (we were there in July). The Swedish restaurant just 5mins walk away has the best green curry weve had!
