The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Just returned from a weeks stay from 11th to 18th July 12 at sea point villas. My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa itself was excellent and the views from the villa at night are amazing. Its very private yet you are only 5 mins away, by car, from the Coral Bay strip and 15-25mins to Pafos harbor. Andreas is very accommodating and is always there to help. A great host. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

Cozy, comfortable, well-appointed. Our family spent a wonderful 10 days at Sea Point Villa Chrisanthi. Owner/manager was helpful and attentive. Safe, convenient location in Coral Bay, within walking distance of beach and amenities, although I would strongly recommend a rental car if you want to get to see the wider area. Only recommendation for improvement would be to improve relaibility of internet access. All in all I would definitley recommend this property to others.

The villa was absolutely fantastic and completely fulfilled all our expectations of a luxury family villa. The advert didn't actually do it justice.

The villa was exceptionally comfortable and was completely clean inside and out and fully stocked with everything you could need for a family break (for cooking etc). The furniture throughout the villa was modern and comfortable.

Air conditioning in each room worked perfectly and could also be used to heat the villa in cooler months of the year.

We felt that the location of the villa was perfect with beautiful views of the sea and quiet coves within a couple of minutes walk and 2 of the best beaches in the area are within walking distance.

We also found that it is within walking distance of the better restaurants in Coral Bay and a car journey from the main strip of restaurants in the very centre of the village. We would however recommend a car for the better supermarket and the sights that are well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend these villas to all my friends and family as an ideal holiday villa. Andreas (the owner) was extemely helpful throughout our holiday and really couldn't do enough for us to ensure that we had an absolutley super holiday.
