At the edge of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Poland and just 50m from the water, this newly built house is located in the seaside villa resort Rogowo.
The house is built on a large closed natural area. This modern cluster of houses is fully fenced, guarded and includes a playground for children and a parking place. The wonderful surroundings with the beautiful dunes and the green forests give every visitor numerous possibilities to relax and is a true paradise for those who prefer the beach and seaside and for visitors who prefer to enjoy nature.

Ground floor : 378 sqm
The house is fully furnished in contemporary style.
The ground floor has an entrance hall, a dining area with an open kitchen, a living area with Flatscreen TV satellite dish, the staircase to the first floor, a separate WC.
On the first floor you find a master bedroom, a guest room and 2 ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor you have 2 more bedrooms with a washroom and a WC.
Sitting area outside with garden furniture + Barbeque.
Kitchen : Open kitchen with electrical cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, juicer, blender. It also contains all glasses, cups, plates, pots and cutlery to cater for a company of 8 persons.
Bedrooms : Bed linen for all the beds is provided.
All bedrooms have mosquito nets.
Bathrooms : towels and bath linen are provided.
Technical : vacuum cleaner, washing machine, drying machine, iron, ironing board are available in the house.

For different kinds of water sport activities and fishing you can go to Lake resko. This is less than 100 m from the house. All extra costs regarding these water sport activities and fishing is at your own expense.
Kolobrzeg ( Kolberg ) is only about 18 km from Rogowo and offers a lot of attractions, and several spas in connection with the Osstsee promenade and the beach.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.
