The house was well maintained, had plenty of room for a family of four and had everything we needed. Our little girls loved the private pool. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends travling to Disney!

As soon as we walked in the front door we were in awe. This is a gorgeous home. We loved the spaciousness. We LOVED having our own pool and also hot tub. It was so nice and private. It was a very comfortable home away from home for us during our stay in Florida. The owner answered all of our e-mails in a speedy fashion. She was so nice and patient because I had a lot of questions. She made sure we would have a wonderful stay. We had a great time and hope to return to this home again in the future.

This place is located in a fairly safe neighborhood that is very quiet. Great pool and hot tub as well as an incredible master bathroom with big tub and stand up shower. Beautiful home and beautiful pool. I definitely recommend. The renter is a wonderful lady who will ensure that you have the best vacation in her property. She went out of her way to make my honeymoon the best I could dream of. Excellent property and renter.
The only thing I didnt like was that there were minimal or none of hand soaps/toilet paper/paper towels provided. They ran out quickly, so we had to go run a few errands, but nothing to really affect the stay.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in such a lovely house. The villa is very close to all the attractions (6 miles to Disney. 2 minutes from Walmart and US192 restaurants) yet far enough away to be relaxing. I loved the fully-fenced private pool and especially the hot tub with beautiful waterfall feature, very soothing after my funfilled days. The villa is fully equipped with everything you would ever need for a family. Tasteful decor with quality furnishings made the property very attractive to our whole party. i cant wait to return, hopefully next year. Thanks again to Lynn & Ian for making my holiday complete.
