House is situated on the edge of a small village, surrounded by forest, vineyards, olive trees... Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi(1), living room and fully equiped kitchen. Close to Dubrovnik airport, Dubrovnik, Cavtat , Monte Negro and i tranquill spot perfect to spend vacation away from city crowd. Surounded by vineyard those who like domestic vine will have a chance to taste domestic Croatian vine by family Milicic.
The village of Gruda is 1 kilometer from the house and has shops and bars, a good restaurant serving traditional food is 2 kilometers away called Konavoski Dvori, 10 kilometers to the south is a pebble beach, at Molunat, 10 kilometers north is Cavtat, with a good selection of restaurants, and 5 kilometers on from here is Mlini, which has a nice pebble beach.

Konavle is reminiscent of Tuscany, with it's rolling green hills, speckled with traditional little villages. An easy drive is Dubrovnik, and you can enjoy its history and entertainment, a number of ferries depart from there to nearby islands, as well as the National park, on the Island of Mljet.

The house is surrounded by a big garden and a large covered terrace, with a barbecue, from which you enter through a veranda into the house. You enter into a hall, on your left is a bathroom and water closet and in front is the open plan living room, with two sofas and a satellite television and a dining area with table and chairs. Off the dining area is the kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fitted cupboards and a fridge.

A short corridor leads you to the three bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be converted into one double bed, and to the shower room and water closet. The house has electric heaters.

The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and has an outside shower and magnificent views of the countryside, to the hills of Konavle.

Renting a car is essential, as you can not rely on local transport. We rent cr to our guests for special pricing.
