Thank you for a very relaxing holiday. The villa was lovely. Maybe it could do with airconditioning in the first three bedrooms as they did tend to get very hot. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. Mehmet was, I have to say, absolutely brilliant, I cant thank him enough for what he did for me when i was ill. We hired a car, which is a must, and went to Sarigerme beach which was lovely. The restaurants are great in Dalaman especially the Botanik Gardens. It was lovely to walk into Dalaman in the evening...took about 15mins. at a leisurly stroll. Thank you Julie and Peter for a lovely holiday. Chezlynne, Julie, Vikki and Becky.

Cant recommend this villa enough!!! Excellent location for all activities. Sarigreme beach is close and is lovely with a park for the kids aswell and there is shops and restaurants there too. Dalaman itself is not a tourist town which we loved but offers a great deal and theres a great little fair ground park near the start of town. Theres so much to do around the villa its impossible to name them all!! Theres the mud baths, turtle beach, Oludeniz(Blue Lagoon), the sakkilent gorge, water rafting, markets the list goes on!!!!!!! Having Mehmet on hand while we were out there was great and he arranged the best trips for us, including a traditional turkish bath! Theres loads of fantastic restaurants around, Botanics & The Akkaya Restaurant are a definate must!!Thankyou to Julie, Peter & Mehmet for a fantastic holiday to remember!

We done a couple of day trips whilst there to gocek, the mud baths and turtle beach whom we arranged with a tour company whilst there. The loggerhead turtles were amazing, not to be missed! The markets were also amazing, met some lovely people and got some fab bargins!! When we werent out and about we chilled at home, the kids played in the pool and we had a few bbqs. like the last person to review Botanic was also our favourite place to eat closely followed by cinbar! Would love to return to villa rosa again, many thanks to Julie and Pete for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!!

We had a fabulous 12 days at the villa Rosa at the beginning of April this year. The accommodation was superb with our every need catered for. The weather was great, chilly at night but the fleece blankets that were provided were very comfortable. The children played in the pool and had great fun whilst my husband and I sunbathed. The villa is ideally located for lots of siteseeing. We hired a car via the owners and this allowed us to visit many places including Gocek, Old Deniz, Kaya Koya and Fethiye. The wildlife was fantastic, we saw tortoise, little owls, hoopoe, turtles, crested larks, storks, eegrets and ibis. Memhet was available at the end of the phone whenever we called. He helped us with restaurant bookings and day trips. The villa was fantastic, the 3rd floor balcony was my favourite place, especially when the sun was rising in the morning. Heaven. I would recommend this villa to those who like the sunshine and those who love to see the sites, it is perfectly situated for any type of holiday. The owners have thought of everything you may need. We are going back in August it was that good!

Visited the villa late July early August 2011 and had a great time.
Visited many restaurants including Akkaya and Cinbar but Botanik was by far the best and the steaks were melt in the mouth.
Of the beaches we would definitely recommend Gocek island beach, as it was safe for the children but also very quiet and had another great restaraunt considering how secluded it was. We enjoyed Gocek itself and that was worth a visit on its own merits.
Again would definitely recommend 12 island boat tour as well as the Dalyan trip. This is a re-occurring theme but the Sea Bream on the 12 island boat is worth the price on its own, scrumptious.
Dalaman Markets were great for batering and also for the spicy sausage pancakes with the old lady pulling up chairs whilst she cooks the pancakes.
The villa was an excellent base, everything provided and close to so many attractions, we spent many an hour wiling away next too the pool, or outside near the BBQ. Memhet is a legend too, and organised so many trips perfectly.

We just came back after expending the greatest two weeks in Villa Rosa. The villa is beautiful and well decorated, very clean and with plenty of space for storage. The swimmingpool is being look after very often so it can be sure everyday without surprises. The location is great as the center of Dalaman and supermarket are just 15 minutes walking. Dalaman is a great holiday town with not loads of tourism where people are very nice and helpful and it is very cheap. Will recommend the villa to everybody. Thank you Julie & Peter and Mehemt for all your amazing caring.

Villa Rosa was true to the pictures and writeup. A truly fantastic place for a restful holiday. Although semi-rural it is an easy walk into Dalaman, where many good restaurants can be found. There are so many places of interest within a 30 minute car drive - impossible to visit them all in a week. The owners and their management team in Turkey couldnt be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our first visit to Turkey but most definitely not the last!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Villa Rosa. The house is in an unrivalled position surrounded by a panorama of mountains and orchards of the sweetest smelling citrus fruit blossom.
Villa Rosa had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are light and airy and the balconies are a great place to relax with a book. The Villa is situated in an excellent position for sight seeing being close to beautiful beaches, secluded coves and more lively resort s such as Fethiye and Gocek. Dalaman is a charming town with many restaurants and shops to browse. There are some excellent walks to be had from the doorstep, dont worry about getting lost, the locals are happy to guide you home but not before youve sat and had tea with them! The blend of rural village life, local culture and the new holiday market makes Dalaman a very special place to spend a holiday and Villa Rosa is the perfect place to return to at the end of the day. We are already planning our return next year. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

We have been 3 times and it is an excellent property which is well maintained.
The accomodation has all the facilities that you need and is a home from home.
It is situated in a central location for easy access to lots of other places to visit such as Fethiye, Icmeler and Olu Deniz.
There are many lovely beaches with plenty of water sports and local markets. Be prepared to haggle its fun. Cheap as Chips.
Locals are friendly and welcoming. Many fine local restaurants which offer a pick up and dro p off service so no worries about drinking and driving.
Dalaman is an interesting town which has not been commercialised and still maintains its original Turkish charm.

We stayed at Villa Rosa back in October, we had a great week relaxing by the pool. The villa has all you need for your holiday and plenty of room for the 8 of us. We would highly recommend the 12 Island Boat Trip from Gocek and the water sports at Sarigerme Beach are great. Villa Rosa is ideal family base. Thanks John

I stayed at Villa Rosa last August for 2 weeks, there were 6 of us and there was more than enough space for all of us and a spare room! It was our first trip to Turkey and we really didnt know what to expect, well we were all blown away firstly with the lovely villa,it was fantasticly clean and extremley well equipped, the air con was very appreciated, everything had been very well thought of. The pool was lovely and being august very refreshing!!It has a lovely patio area for bbqs in the evening. The Villa is in a fantastic location, only a short drive from Dalaman airport and also central for exploring the surrounding beautiful areas in Turkey which are completely breathtaking. The people are so friendly and especially great with the kids. The local restaurants even provide free transport door to door so we were all able to have a glass of wine with dinner!!!! There were lots of informative leaflets etc which made things alot easier for our first time in Turkey. We really didnt want to leave and we are already planning our next holiday at Villa Rosa. The perfect holiday. Many thanks.

We stayed at this property for 16 days in late September. The weather was gorgeous so the lovely pool, sun loungers and outside eating areas were a blessing. The accommodation was excellent, the 4 bedrooms were all of a good size with plenty of room for up to 8. Four of us stayed so there was no need to be cramped or to live out of suitcases! The living and kitchen areas were clean and modern and of a good size. Everything you needed for a great holiday was provided. Loads of DVDs and CDs, games and information about the area were really appreciated. We were well looked after by the neighbours and anything we needed or asked for was not a problem. The Dalaman area is great for finding the real Turkey, not far from the airport or any of the popular resorts. In the end we felt at home and did not want to leave.
