We were so pleased with our stay at the Petit Delaney. Jo was very prompt responding to any questions we had. The pictures do not do justice to the natural light that floods this above ground apartment. We appreciated the few steps into the flat, as we had a baby stroller with us. The flat was centrally located with good access to Kemptown, the Lanes, the Pier and the Pavilion. Large, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. I could not believe how well insulated the lounge was - we could hear almost no street noise. It was unfortunate that the bedroom was not as sound proof as the lounge as there were a few occasions when the neighbours created quite a bit of noise in the central courtyard during the night. But then again, we are in Brighton after all.

The delaney apartments are in A1 position for a holiday in Brighton, located 5 mins walk from the pier with access to shops and the town centre, it was a treat for those who want to ditch the car for a week. The apartments themselves were excellent, equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more).
Whats left to say, just that the owner Jo, was really helpful, went out of her way to help us get settled and together with the booking/payment system, the whole experience was excellent. Thanks Jo.

An excellent apartment close to everything. Landlord Jo was a nice and friendly woman who made ??you feel welcome. The apartment was well equipped, there was everything you needed.

This property is great.
Location is spot on! Brighton Pier is just a walk over the road and can be seen from the windows. Anything and everything else is on the doorstep from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants and nightclubs.
Despite such a central location, noise is not a factor to be concerned about.
The apartment is ideal for groups as it has a large living area and a fully equiped kitchen to cook up a stir. There is also a washing machine handy for those with young children who like to make a mess.
Clean and comfortable, my friends and myself felt right at home.

We were thrilled with the Petit Delany! The location is wonderfully central but still relatively quiet. The manager was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed - a very comfortable bed, a shovel and bucket for our 2 year old and great films for mum and dad to watch at night. Thanks alot. We will certainly spread the word.

Thank you, I injoyed staying in the flat the kitchen was perfect, the living room was very comfortable, it has nice location and near the center, if i want come in Brighton in future i will connect you.

The Petit Delaney is a tranquil oasis in the heart of Brighton, offering calm whilst the city bustles outside its doorstep. Quiet stretches of pebble beach are only a few minutes walk away. My wife and I enjoyed being able to rock our baby to sleep every day on the seashore!
The flat is spacious and has plenty of natural lighting. Its kitted out with everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen and overall is very smartly presented. You can easily cook for a large group in the kitchen as it has two ovens, an excellent hob and large fridge. Staying with a baby is easy as the main bedroom is well insulated from the sounds of Brightons nightlife and the bathroom is spacious. Overall the flat is outstanding value for money compared even with the nicest hotels.

-Outstanding interior-two interior designer friends came to visit and were very impressed with the flat.
-Everything you could need is here and of the highest quality. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking.
-Location is perfect.
-Owner Jo is very friendly and helpful even when we were hours late for check in!
-Would thoroughly recommend this flat even to the most discerning person.
