A country stone finca in rural spain set in an olive grove. Part of the old farm house has been converted to a 1 bedroomed self-contained house, surrounded by vineyards, olives and almond orchards. The finca is ideal for a walking, cycling or relaxing holiday. It is 5 minutes drive into a small market town with all facilities, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. WIFI internet access, bike hire, baby equipment hire.

Accommodation
The finca comprises a lounge, kitchen leading to a private patio, bathroom and one double bedroom. The house is on one level, self-contained and attached to the owners house, sharing a large swimming pool. The accommodation is suitable for couples. Pinoso with all amenites, bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets, parks and leisure centres is just 10 minutes by car. There is also a 24 hour modern medical centre.

Activities
The area is ideally suited for walking, birdwatching, cycling, walking, climbing or just relaxing by the pool.

A car would be essential to explore the area.

In February the fields are blooming with almond blossom.

There are local fiestas in most months throughout the year including Jumilla wine fiesta and Pinoso fiesta in August.

Although situated in rural Spain, it is only 35 minutes to the beach.

The finca is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
