We were very pleasantly surprised at how well and comfortably furnished the apartment was.
The welcome pack was very generous and unexpected as well.
The Owner and Manager were both very helpful and responded immediately to any requests.
The only downside we found which had nothing to do with the apartment itself and that was that there were not many local restaurants nearby and self catering isnt our forte

When I arrived at the apartment I had a warm welcome from the owners. They provided me with more than an expected welcome pack. I stayed in the apartment for 8 weeks and had no real problems, and any small issues were dealt with straight away by the very helpful owners. The apartment is as seen by the pictures very luxiourious and clean. Transport links into mapusa (the nearest town) are ok, there are regular buses only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The actual complex is quiet with friendly neighbours and the swimming pool and grounds are really well kept.
