We had a fantastic time. Great location, good facilities. Pool is good size, cleaned daily. Also very good to have cleaning visit daily.
The access to the sea at the end of the garden is a really nice touch that we made plenty of use of.

Our holiday exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return to Villa Brio Exclusive! We stayed in Villa B which is beautifully furnished and has beautiful views out to the ocean. We really wanted to be left on our own to enjoy our own company throughout the day, lazing by the villa pool etc and this was certainly the place to do it! Annita, the owner, is very welcoming and extremely helpful and just left us to enjoy our own company as we required, which is exactly why we chose a villa over a hotel.
I would most certainly recommend to anyone who wants some privacy on their holidays but likes to be able to walk to the resort centre for restaurants etc

Wow .. what an idyllic location, away from it all, yet close enough to shops and restaurants of Skala not to be too isolated. The main Skala to Poros road is about 30 metres away, but you hear very little traffic at all, due to the sunken location of the property and gardens.
You really do feel as if you have the whole of Kefalonia to yourself when you are in Villa B looking out towards the sea. When you take a walk down the short access path to the coast, you will encounter a bay all to yourself to snorkel in the warm crystal clear waters. While we stayed, we were lucky enough to see 2 turtles swimming past us as we were snorkelling in the sea.
The villa has everything you could need for your stay (including towels to use around the pool). The only negative point I could find, is that there are a lot of glasses in the kitchen, where plastic cups etc. would probably have been more suitable (especially for use around the pool area), in case of breakage and accidents.
Annita (the owner) is a lovely lady, who will help you all she can, and is always available as she lives next door. The pool gets cleaned every day, and bins emptied/villa cleaned daily in what is a 1st class service.
Anyone booking Villa Brio, will not be disappointed, and will have many happy memories of their stay on this beautiful island.
I would recommend car hire, for trips to the supermarket/restaurants etc. A taxi ride from the airport is around 50-55 euros. There were some taxis which refused to take us from Skala to the Villa in the evening, and we never got to the bottom of the reason why. But this was only a minor inconvenience, as there are others which are more than happy to give you the short ride back in the evening.
We hope to return to this fabulous location in the very near future, our one regret is that we couldnt bring the warm sunshine back to the UK.

This is a newly built property 30 seconds away from the sea. It is close to the main road although the volume of traffic is low and so one is not unduly disturbed. In fact it is very quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa is well maintained with a daily maid service. Likewise the pool is serviced every morning. All rooms are air conditioned which is necessary in the height of summer. The village beach resort of Skala with all necessary amenities is less than 5 min away by car. The owners live in Villa A and are available to sort out any problems that arise. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable place to spend a family holiday.

We were a group of 11 (9 adults and 2 kids) who booked both villa A and B for a week. We absolutely loved the properties and would most certainly return! The villas were well equipped and met our daily needs. The pools were awesome, the location in relation to Skala and Poros was fantastic, and even Myrtos Beach was only about an hours drive across the island. The drive was actually quite nice and we got to see a lot of the island. The cleaning staff did a nice job keeping the place tidy. The ONLY complaint from our group was in regards to the beds in the downstairs bedrooms of villa A. A couple of people in our group mentioned that they could feel the springs a bit and that the mattresses were not the most comfortable. Maybe a change of a mattress or two are in order? I can attest to the upstairs beds mattress being great, we slept perfectly sound. The mattress issue was pretty much our entire groups only real complaint. The only other thing Id mention is that the villas can be a bit tough to find at night. All in all, we loved every minute of our week in the villas. Thats all the negative I have to say about this place, its such a magnificent trip for our group and it all started with the villas. Id return to either villa A or B which we intend to do just that some day! Annita was very friendly and catered to our needs during our stay. Thanks Annita... hope to see you again, SOON!
- Future Guests - 1) Make the short walk down to the water by the villa, its a great secluded swimming spot, 2) Take a day cruise to Ithaca (the one with the swim stops), and 3) eat a meal or two at Old Times restaurant which is right down the street from Villa Brio Exclusive (just across the street from the other Villa Brio property).

Dear Tony & friends,
Many thanks for your kind words!
We are happy to hear that you have really enjoyed your stay in our Villa Brio Exclusive complex.
Regarding your only point about one mattress, would you please allow us to assure you that it could be fixed just on the spot should you have mentioned it at the very first moment!
This is because we do provide any guest requesting a "softer feel" with an extra mattress topper, made of a thick layer of latex with high pressure-relieving capacity, enabling body to relax more fully.
Being always committed to our guests’ full satisfaction, we have tried to customize even the "mattress feel" according to their personal taste!
So, next time, you can just ask for this small extra luxury!
We will be really happy to host you again in our villas any time in the future!
Best Regards,
Annita

The villa was absolutely lovely - so clean and modern and a delight to fall into such a lovely pool with a view! We were all a bit concerned, on arrival, at the sight of two half built villas next to our garden and were all overjoyed not to wake up on our first morning to the sound of builders -perhaps due to the Greek economy or just maybe to make us tourists happy with the peace and quiet, absolutely nothing happenned on site during our stay. We had a lovely cleaner who arrived full of smiles changed sheets, towells and generally performed small miracles daily for us! Our only request (as we could not get our cleaner to understand) please supply tea towells, a garlic crusher and a dust pan and brush! Reason chopping garlic ended up with flying bits and no means to clear up or dry up things that wouldnt fit into the hard working dish washer! All in all a lovely holiday in a lovely villa and I would recommed Villa Brio to anyone and if any of us win the Lottery we will return as soon as possible!

Dear Guests,
Thanks for your kind words; we are glad to hear you have really enjoyed your stay in our villas!
Just clarifying your point about the newly built villas in a plot close to ours:
As you have also experienced yourselves, no building work is in progress during the touristic season (May- October).
The completion of these (almost finished) houses is expected to take place during the period November-April.
We will happy to host you again in our villas any time in the future! Fare well...

Brio Exclusive B is a really well thought through villa. It is clear that the owners have really thought about all your requirements for the holiday and the villa is beautifully decorated. Nearly every window has a glorious view of the ocean and the pool area is very good indeed. The road is a little closer than we expected but it is not at all busy and it did not interfer with the tranquility of the stay at all. The villas are serviced throughout your stay and it really added some luxury to have clean towels and sheets and not have to worry about chores. Very safe for children - we had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave. We would recommend Villa Brio is a great option if you are looking to stay in Kefalonia.
