The Townhouse

This 2 bedroom townhouse is the perfect holiday rental for golfers and famiilies, set within easy reach of the Costa Esuri Golfs 2 challenging golf courses. It also benefits from close access to 2 swimming pools, one of which is for children. This fully air conditioned house is set within a private gated neighbourhood with secure locked gate, and reserved parking. The kitchen has fully fitted cabinets with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave ensuring self catering is made easy. Across the hallway there is a utility room which houses the washing machine and plenty of storage for golf clubs. On the ground floor theres a cloakroom with a shower & toilet. The lounge/dining room is a large and light room furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The flat screen TV and DVD player enhance the relaxation to be had in this room. The dining area accommodates the dining table and chairs with comfortable seating for 6 and is situated by the glazed french doors that lead onto the garden.


The garden terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and keeping out of the blazing Costa de la Luz sun. The Spanish style garden is fully tiled and has sun beds for you to recline on. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers. Glazed french doors lead out onto a private terrace with views of the gardens and pools.


From this terrace a staircase leads up onto the roof terrace. This is a fantastic area, completely private and offering stunning panoramic views of the River Guadiana and surrounding unspoilt countryside. In the late evening be on the roof terrace to see the most beautiful sunsets you will see anywhere in the world.

Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area
Costa Esuri has some onsite amenities including a mini market shop, restaurant and bar at the golf clubhose, two golf courses and easy access to the local town of Ayamonte (10 min drive).


The fishing town of Ayamonte is 4km away where there is a wide selection of good local restaurants and bars, many of which serve local spanish food from the region. Isla Canela marina is a further 10 min drive from Ayamonte and has a good selection of bars and restaurants around its harbour.


The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
Costa de la Luz is named as the coast of light due to the having the largest number of days of sun in Spain. It is a nature reserve area that is protected from over development and features some of the best natural beaches, scenic golf courses and nature reserves for bird watching.


Costa Esuri is a new luxury golf complex with two 18 hole courses, one championship length. Additionally, the house is located 5 minutes from the Portuguese border allowing easy access to the many courses located on the Algarve.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
