The Villa

The Villa has four double bedrooms 2 twin rooms one has a bathroom the others are all en suite. There is the facility to sleep two extra people on bed settees,

There is access to an outdoor balcony from all bedrooms. The Villa has three lounges and two kitchens which lends itself to separate living accommodation if required. but does make a wonderful fun family holiday get together. There is a private outside swimming pool and barbecue area. If you need the self contained apartment this has two double and two single bedrooms all en suite with lounge dinner and kitchen prices on request.

The Apartment
There is a 4 bedroomed self contained apartment which makes up the ten bedrooms. This is available for larger parties or booked seperately. Please enquire if this is of interest for your holiday.

Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area
The Aegean Coast region
This year they have told me there has been no winter and you can go for a holiday anytime from Jan to Dec, sounds good to me.The area around the Bira Villa is quiet with an olive grove to the left. A ten minute walk away is the popular Ladies beach with Bars and Shops running along the coast, further away is Long Beach, fifteen miles of golden sand if you prefer a more quiet time playing in the beautiful clear Agean waters with just the occasional bar to satisfy any palate.
The surrounding area is full of History and many ships come into Kusadasi Port to go and visit Ephusus one of the seven acient wonders of the world. or you can visit Marys house where she eventually lived after the death of Jesus. There you will find a natural water spring where they say has healing properties(no cost)
From May to October seems to be the season and you are guaranteed great weather, the other months you may find the days can be sunny, although the nights get colder out of season. The Turkish people are the most helpful and friendly people you would ever wish to meet and are willing to give you their time if they feel they can help you.




Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area
Just a minutes walk away you can catch a dolmus(small bus) to Kusadasi where you can go to anywhere. Taxis are cheap and many of the restaurants you will find take you home free of charge. There are two water parks packed with fun for all ages. There are lessons in Scuba diving, a great place for water activities. ferries to Samos the Greek island you can see from the balcony of the villa, from there you can travel to other Greek islands. There are a variety of trips, Pumakali the Crystal pools are just one of many historical or interesting places to visit. Turkey is a mixture of cultures and you can understand why they say Istanbul is the Gateway to the East.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
